I just saw a YouTube video about the Surprise city hall mayor and police violating the rights of the people. And arresting an innocent woman. People are afraid to speak up now for retaliation. Terrible mess.

Mayor Skip Hall had Rebekah arrested infront of her 10 year old for voicing her opinion and criticisms toward her local govornment( as is her right) at a city council meeting. Obviously this is tyrannical overreach, not only should Skip be removed from his position and title but Rebekah should be given an apology.

Everyone involved in planning the developments in the area of 163rd avenue will have blood on their hands when the first WUI fire erupts out here and all these people have two exits to get out of the area.

Our visit was for Passort Services. Making an appointment was easy; done online. This building is beautiful inside & outside. Very well kept, easy to find, plenty of parking. I was amazed at how big of a campus Ottawa University was in the same area as City Hall & Superior Court, etc.

Honestly, passport forms & mailing can be done without any help, but we just did not want to chance any errors or kickbacks. Sending off original documents just scares me...still going to experience anxiety until our documents & new passorts are returned to us.

Our appointment was at 1:15 pm. Showed up early at 12:30'ish and (Christi) took us early. She is amazing, wonderful, respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and provided us with the best customer service experience. City of Surprise is very lucky to have her as part of their team. Thank you, Christi 🫡

Too expensive to live here. Taxis are too high. Gas prices higher than most valley cities. Whole bunch of thieves working for the goverment sold my house last year, cancel my trash service and continue to charge me for a year.

City of Surprise is one of the most awesome places I have ever lived. I left there to return to New England for family reason that never panned out. What a heart wrenching mistake. I am trying with everything in me to get back home. I miss it terribly. Surprise with it's many modern amenities has everything one could ever need or want. Shopping, restaurants, parks, schools, ample housing, mountain views, sports, etc. I mean who else can say they have 3 Walmarts and a neighborhood market or 100's of eateries? 2 Hospitals and at least 4 walk-in clinics. Close to the Wildlife Zoo and Aquarium, tennis courts, baseball fields...I mean the views alone. Come on people with negative comments...you don't know how good you have it. I can't wait to call Surprise home again!!!! I rave about the city of Surprise to everyone I know and whoever will listen to me!!!!
