They are very good at taking peoples money but absolutely nothing else was the first person to walk in the door and I’ve been here 2hours! Now trying to get my tickets on payment plans why it took so long I have no idea……

Their seal says Fair, Impartial, Independent; but they are none of those things. You could have video evidence of your innocence and 3 strangers vouch for your alibi, but one pig says your guilty and the judge will always side with the pig.

STILL, I wonder how officer Jarrot Tevault got away with so much miss conduct . On Mr. Anthony Baker and myself. Both citizens in good standing , assaulted by a brainless and aggressive Cop . I always had and have respect for law enforcement. But NOT for one like Tevault Jarrot . He shoud be removed from Police Department as he is not a responsible COP 👮. Please check on his records and eliminate the bad apple from the basket. Thank you .

I have literally been on wait for 1 hour. The wait times every time I call down here is a long wait. You all need to hire more people or find a solution for these wait times

Staff is completely rude, unknowledgable unwilling to help with the small claim process.

HR department needs to do a better job in hiring welcoming, polite, helpful staff.

SMALL BUSINESSES: Do yourself a favor and save your money if you plan on doing a small claim under 500, IT IS NOT WORTH ALL THE HASSLE. The court system is a joke.

Very unprofessional service by a court document specialist by the name that she gave to me as Angela. I called to obtain information regarding a hearing that I never received my documents in the mail.
She told me to go online to get the information. I asked to speak to a supervisor. It became very apparent that she did not want to help me at all. Every question that I asked she cut me off and she did not want to answer. I asked if she could direct me to someone that could assist me further. She left me on HOLD waiting for over 30 minutes. I guess I'll have to take off a day from work to get my issue resolved.
I stayed on Hold and was not transferred to a supervisor but Catherine D. I want to thank you so much for all of your assistance. She remained calm and professional. She made sure that my issue was resolved and apologized continuously for the other specialist. Thank you so much Catherine! You are awesome and a great asset.

I was sent here from the post office for passport services and I am so thankful that they did. You don't need an appointment, the police officer at the door was so funny. He helped relieve the stress of the process. There was no wait time. We were acknowledged and tended to right away. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly too!
