La peor experiencia comprando, dijeron muchas mentiras, según dieron descuentos y al contrario aumentaron costos, prometieron muchas cosas incluyendo llantas nuevas y solo obtuve llantas usadas y un refrigerador que solo funciona según ellos después de 24 horas conectado, creo que no lo podré usar en un campamento de una o dos noches

Very Poor Service Department!
The sales dept was good, patient and helpful.
During the make-ready time frame we decided to have an additional air conditioner installed. Our camper already had the spot for it and it was prewired but the installation was horrible! (see photos) Their response when we asked about it was "that's just the way it has to be" We had to take it somewhere else to have it installed correctly & they couldn't believe we paid for that install as it was very unprofessional.
Additionally, our orientation was a debacle. The team that was showing us had no real idea about our trailer & were obviously winging it. Upon asking, they misinformed us of the location of the low point drain. Luckily, we found it before we had a pipe freeze. Half way through our orientation they left to "get a tech" and abandoned us. Almost an hour later we decided to just hitch up to leave but the breakaway cable was broken. We had to go hunt down the service manager to have it replaced in order to leave. It was obvious our camper had not been thoroughly inspected before our arrival. We learned If you purchase a used camper from here they do not come with a spare tire or mounting hardware so that had to be reluctantly ordered as well.

We had a really great experience with Jesse and Franklin. In fact we had the pleasure of meeting the whole family.(Go hawks) Anyway no pressure, took us to units that fit our needs. Good communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend. Thank you again!

We are Class C shopping. Stopped in and we were greeted by Johnny. They didn't have what we are looking for on hand but will be on the lookout. I don't like dealing with salespeople but Johnny changed my mind. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was not overbearing or pushy. If you find yourself there, I hope you are fortunate enough to have Johnny working with you. His manager was also a very personable employee who was a pleasure to deal with.

This business is family owned and it shows. The customer service was outstanding and we will definitely be returning when the time is right for us.

We had such a great experience at Sun City RV that a review was necessary! Rene was our initial guy that got us in the door. He was upbeat and honest which we really appreciated. Our deal seemed too good to be true, so I grilled him a little. Once he explained that they were a family owned business that didn’t need the huge markups that corporations do, we made the 1 1/2 hour drive. Our in-person meet was great and we were treated like family. From start to finish, we could definitely see why their inventory moves as quickly as it does. Willie kept us up to speed on the safety inspection and any repairs needed. He too was friendly and very transparent with what to expect. We scheduled delivery and met even more of the team! Bill came by, Don walked us through and gave us so much valuable information on battery usage, storage procedures, etc (and his number in case we get in a jam). Rene was always available offering recommendations for RV inspectors, insurance, etc. We feel so happy to have met this amazing team! We are set to explore in our new custom rv!
