Excellent beer and good food. Feels like an English pub.
Only three stars? We had to stand outside in the rain for 35 min. They do not take names or reservations. Ended up getting a seat by being pushy. People walked in after us and got seated. Food service was really slow and they forgot an order.
Would go again.

Took my daughter here to grab a giant gummy for her birthday, they were out of the snakes but she found a shark the size of her arm and enjoyed that. This place is more than meets the eye as they have Arcade games, tons of candy and the staff is super nice!

Really fun store with lots of unusual candy and also arcade games! The employee working the register was very knowledgeable about the products and super friendly. Glad we stopped in on our way through town!

The woman who works here spends her days SCREAMING at her poor young child/children and ordering them around. I wouldn't support this business for that reason alone. Was shopping in the thrift store next door and could literally hear this woman berating her child to a disturbing extent through the common walls of the two stores. Hopefully the woman who works here gets her priorities straightened out before causing long-term damage to her poor children.

If you are looking to relive those childhood memories of penny candy and old fashioned soda, then stop by Sugar Mags on High Street in Ellsworth. A varied selection of sweets and candies along with a great assortment of old fashioned sodas will help satisfy that sweet tooth and children as well. They also carry old fashioned soda in diet varieties which is very hard to find in the area. From CherrWine to Bob's and Frosties. The owner is great, very motivated and determined to assist you should you not find a particular candy or soda, and will try to obtain it for you. Overall, a much needed, fun, and great addition to the city of Ellsworth and the surrounding community.
