don't usually take the time to leave a rating unless I am blown away or disappointed to tears... Subaru Super Store Surprise is one of those places that leaves you in awe.
My elderly neighbor needed a guidance software update on her older model car and was struggling to get to her doctor appointments. I was unable to do the update myself so I took a chance and drove in without an appointment. I was greeted when I pulled in by a friendly face that listened to my situation. She directed me to Ryan, who also took the time to listen to my issue. He immediately got the tech expert out and they looked it over and went directly to work. While I waited I was offered a Starbucks up of coffee in their pristine showroom.
I thought I must be in a commercial for what ideal customer service should be.
I'm from Detroit and have only driven American cars, but I will absolutely give Subaru a test on my next car purchase completely because of this interaction.
I hope the General Manager reads this and knows how truly amazing his staff is. Any business would be lucky to have one or two of your employees, you have a team of superstars.
Thank you so much Fo helping me and for helping an elderly member of the community continue to have her independence. Knowing she has a working map and will arrive safely is a real blessing.

I went to Surprise Subaru on Thursday, September 26th to check out a Crosstrek. I was greeted by Ronnie who was very friendly and immediately led my shopping experience with my needs in mind. He took me on a couple test drives between the Crosstrek and Forester but I knew if I wanted to be smart with my purchase, I needed to check out the other Subaru in Peoria,AZ to help me with my decision. After my experience with Subaru of Peoria, I went back to Subaru of Surprise (on Saturday 9/28) because my experience there was top of the line. Ronnie made my experience top of the line. He didn’t make me feel like I had dollar signs floating above my head. Anytime I wanted to test drive a car, he always asked me to wait in the comfortable air conditioned building while he ran out in the 110° heat to bring the car to me (unlike Peoria who dragged me around on a golf cart) and quickly too! He offered me water often and always made sure I was comfortable. He was fun to talk to and tailored the experience as it pertained to MY needs and situation. He didn’t give me a “one size fits all” experience (unlike Peoria who gave me all the key feature points that I could literally read off the internet). And as a woman in a man’s world, he truly made me feel as if I were the queen in the car shopping experience.

If you ever go purchase at this dealership, ask for Ronnie. He makes it so easy especially when the car buying process is exhausting no matter how much money you have or how easy the process is. I don’t know when I’ll buy a car next but I hope my next experience is as amazing as my experience was at Subaru surprise. We ended up buying a 2025 Subaru Forester and LOVE IT! We’ve had it for about a month now. I love the little cute accents the 2025 Forester has, like the small hummingbird decals and hidden icons like a compass, lantern, paw prints, and hiking boot prints that are throughout the Forester. Going from a 2012 Jetta, it’s not going to take much to impress me at this point, but the Forester is comfortable during my 1-hour commute to and from work, runs amazing, and I really like all the safety features such as blind spot protection.

Stopped into this dealership today and was WOWED with the staff and the serve service again! I was referred to this family owned dealership by a friend of mine that has two Subarus. I bought a Subaru here about six months ago and I’ve had my second service and I am always impressed! People are knowledgeable, friendly, and today I just happen to drive in because I wasn’t sure if it was time fora tuneup. It was and they were able to work me in and do the service I needed right then and there. I can’t explain to you how important this is to me because very rarely do I have time during the week to do any type of car maintenance. Cannot say enough about this dealership!

I had the unfortunate experience with the TCV (thermo control valve). Luckily I was in good hands with Ryan. He was able to have the Subaru road assistance come pick up my car by the 10 freeway on Verrado Way. Once I was at their service area everything else went smoothly. Ryne explained all the details regarding the extended Subaru warranty for the TCV recall. I didn’t have to pay a penny! Thanks again Ryan and Subaru of Surprise!!

In comparison to other Subaru dealership I’ve been to in LA and Tucson, their waiting area has far the best drinks and snacks.

Listen, and listen good! Amazing car dealerships are difficult to find. But, because I found one, I want to share my experience with you. A car is not just a car, and when you combine that car with the best staff — from sales to service — you tell people. You tell lots of people! After my wife’s accident, we were in need of a replacement vehicle for her. We never thought about Subaru. We decided it wouldn’t hurt to look. Well, we purchased a Subaru Forester for her and, because I was SO impressed by her vehicle, I purchased my own Subaru Legacy. Let me remind you, I made these purchases, not only because of the vehicle’s superiority compared to other vehicles, but because of the staff. I cannot stand when companies say they’ll treat you like family. You can always forgive family for wrongdoings. These people SHOW you that you’re like family. I’ve attached photos of a trip I took to the Midwest and back to illustrate the road conditions I traveled on. Let me tell you that you CANNOT beat the all wheel drive that Subaru, in my opinion, has perfected. Thank you, Todd, George, Kathy, for everything!

I would choose this subaru dealership over any other. I was treated with kindness and respect and was not rushed or pressured into my decision. I initially wanted to purchase a used car but ended up buying a new Subaru Crosstrek after reviewing my options. The team at Subaru Surprise took care of me and made sure I was 100% confident with the car I wanted to purchase. The store manager helped me through the process and I did not even realize he was the manager until the very end! Very good service from everyone there and all very humble down to earth people that do not push their sales on you. I have been recommending this location to everyone. (As I did not have a good experience at Peoria Subaru)

Went to this dealership looking for an Outback. The color and trim I wanted was not in stock. Garrett (salesman) and Jonathon (sales manager) searched a 400 mile radius for the car with no luck. We stumbled across a similar Outback that was a dealer loaner for sale at their sister store in Chandler. Garrett and Jonathon contacted the other dealership and made arrangements for me to meet with a salesperson and a sales manager. They went above and beyond even though it wasn't their sale. They were friendly, professional and courteous. A great car dealership experience. They were very responsive during the process, even checking in with me to see how things were progressing. Highly recommend them and this dealership.

I have never bought a Subaru before, and the whole process was great! Very easy and not pushy or rude at all. Very happy with my puchase.
*Dealership is very clean and comfortable too. Lots of coffee, snacks, and comfortable chairs. Also, they have a nice 2 year maintenance schedule for new cars, and AZ residents.
