This place is ok for sleep don’t expect much though.
Beds are comfortable but rooms are old feeling because the carpets are old and tile is super dirty bathrooms seem not super clean I saw hair and dirt all over bathroom. They could do a better job cleaning those! Shower head was nice but after 2 showers don’t expect hot water. No breakfast so we had to spend more money out which we didn’t expect the online said they had it. If you spend more somewhere else I think you be happier! But hey for quick sleep and shower no family maybe it will do. The front desk guy was super nice though!

We stayed two nights, and enjoyed our stay. Our room was quiet-no road noise, and didn't hear our neighbors above or next to us. Beds were fine, and TV worked well with cable. Breakfast was to order, and was very good; all staff were friendly and helpful.||Parking was easy, and location convenient to several fast food restaurants, and there's a Safeway very close-can walk or 5 minute drive.||But...parts of the hotel, and our room, were pretty worn. The bathroom has the shower/tub/toilet in one room, with the sink just outside. The sink area was clearly updated, worked well, and had a lot of space for toiletries. ||The shower/tub/toilet room was, well, in need of some work. The shower/tub appeared updated, but the bathroom floor was extremely worn and appeared to be decades old. The bathroom door was warped and very hard to close; it also was missing paint and had the bottom almost completely chipped off in one corner. Much of the outside of the hotel was also very very worn.||So we liked our stay and would recommend, but the hotel definitely needs an update in many areas.

While traveling we stay at Best Westerns as often as possible. In the past year we have stayed at Sure Stay Brand twice and will never again. Stayed for 1 night and first room’s shower did not work. We were given another room promptly. The second room only had a quarter roll of toilet paper, trash in both cans, holes in sheets. It was late and we were hungry so didn’t complain and just dealt with it. The front desk assistant was friendly and helpful however the housekeeping staff needs to be retrained.

The hotel is a little older. The room was in order and very clean. The carpet was darker but would be impossible to keep really clean as you enter and exit the room directly from the outside. The bed in 125 was a little soft for us, but we slept well. Very accommodating employees. Pleasant stay

Was denied service because I lost my drivers license. Had a room reserved with my military ID. Was denied. Never again. Old man with a white beard blew me off. Days Inn right across the street somehow accepted my military ID (they understand that a military ID is a legal ID). Never Motel 6 again. Days Inn is better.

Pros: friendly staff, very nice hot breakfast and helpful server. Convenient car parking right outside some rooms.||||Cons: an old motel in need of repairs. Over-priced.||Our room was small. No floor lamp, no desk lamp. Dark and dingy..||Very slow wifi. No closet. Vanity in the room, not in the bathroom.||No outlet at all by desk. No elevator to second floor rooms.||We stayed two nights. The first room had a toilet that ran all the time, so we asked for another room.||The second room had a heater with no auto off for the fan. The fan ran all night no matter the temperature. Like trying to sleep next to a running truck engine. The third room was okay.||Manager gave us a $25 credit per night for these problems.

The bed and duvet were comfortable, the staff were very professional and helpful, the free hot breakfast exceeded our expectations. For a low-cost hotel it's actually quite good. The rooms are a little rough around the edges but very clean and recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable and it all felt very safe and secure. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the wi-fi was strong enough to stream Netflix well. If you need to stay the night in Willcox and don't want to spend lots, this is a good option
