Not so friendly at all. Wouldn’t let me use the rest room even tho I had spent $50 and I showed them my drivers license but they still still refused to let me use the rest room. Am never shopping here again. I love story since I moved to Az 5months ago but today was the worst service ever ☹️🤬

Customer service sometimes really disappointing! I loved coming to the Glendale location but for some reason the budtenders just seem very unfriendly a lot lately and some just have no desire to really help you just seem like they are there for a paycheck and ready to go home.

If I could give this place a zero , I would and the simple reason is you all do not allow couples to be together at the counter if one is not medical. No other dispensary does this and that is why I choose to go to other dispensaries and not this story location. Trulieve has better deals on bud anyways.

I work all day and I can’t come over quickly sometimes which is why I use the online ordering system. The stores closes at 10 so if by 9:28 the patient comes their order should not be have been put back on the shelves because your closing. You’re open till 10!! I don’t care what you guys think or how you want to run your store at this location! What is the point of choosing products and placing the order for you guys to just do that. So then I have to wait to have the order repackage then I may have to choose new product because you guys sold out of what I want and then I’m forced to wait longer which is all the inconvenience which is the whole point of why you guys have an expensive million dollar online ordering system with Dutchie. This is dumb. And it’s really funny to me because you guys treat this like it’s a regular retail store and technically you guys are pharmacies in a regular pharmacy. You would never put the patient’s medicine back within the same day, especially if they replacing an order because they most likely needed it and they were coming to get it. It’s bullshit. Don’t do it again

Everytime I go in there everyone is so friendly and efficient at there job!! As long as it's not a holiday or peak times in the weekends, I usually only spend 5 minutes and I'm in and out!! Thank you for doing such an amazing job to the whole staff at this location!! I'd like to ad I've been going to this location for 3 years now and I haven't had to go anywhere else!!

It was 111 degrees out last week and I parked my motorcycle in the shade. The female security guard do a fit and was very disrespectful. I recommend all my brothers out there right on motorcycles do not go to The dispensary. Apparently they don't understand how hot our seats get trying to sit on one. There is no way to get a hold of the manager. I refuse to give my money to people who don't care about their customers. the female owner handle it . Her apology was false. Show no concern towards any of the customer's doesn't even make it worthwhile to go on in the complain because I'm not going to do anything about it. They need to get rid of the guard.
