The Hispanic kid that was closing likes to run his mouth as you walk out the door. After him repeating they were closing every minute for 10 minutes he let me know once again as I was leaving. I said yeah I got that the other 15 times you said it and as I was walking out the door, he said yeah boy you walk out. I'm not a boy and he's a little punk. I walked back in and said excuse me what did you say? It kept repeating why you got to be all annoyed ? who said I was annoyed? Except that he knew he was being annoying and that's why he was doing it. And then he's got to run his mouth as you walk out the door? You got children working there that don't know how to behave. And he's closing the store? I've never been to a Goodwill that we're pushing people out the door 10 minutes before closing I literally put my stuff down and didn't buy anything. Because I was annoyed. He wins. If you're trying to run customers out and have them not come back?

To begin with, they sell things with exaggerated prices and even torn clothes, there is a woman with short red hair, she always makes a problem when you want to return something.because according to her, you should return where you buy, I mean since when if according to me in all the goodwill you can return . She needs to relax, these are second-rate things for God's sake.

Nice and clean for the most part. Very organized and lots of good stuff!!

Only thing is everything is way overpriced!

I came for clothes twice and ended up going next door to DD's fashion both times!! I have never seen used clothes so overpriced. The only clothes that are cheap are the ones that are so rugged and worn. Even worn out clothing items sell for a high price if it is name brand.

I spent less at DDs for brand new sweats and tees than I would have at Goodwill. Such a shame🤦‍♀️

YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING NEW.

Saw a woman take a sticker off a child's toy. A little car a toddler can sit on. 10 minutes later I'm behind her in line with 2 pairs of shoes, 3 hats and a shirt.

I keep giving this store a chance but...

So after 10 minutes in line....nothing...they are trying to give her a price on the toy but cant make up thier minds how much to charge her. Also she was asking if they had a charger and battery for it and they are trying to figure this out while a line is building up She knew what she was doing.

The toy I would have said $5.
$10 would be max. It didnt have a plug or charger..

But they were all scratching thier heads. I'm thinking her tearing off the sticker made her think they'd charge less. I do know people who would do that🤦‍♀️ and have done it.

I left the line and said I am going next door. Went to DDs and spent less.

Dont go to this Goodwill. Their WILL is never good. Nor for any store.

Go To a Local mom and pop shop. I havent supported goodwill in a while and tried 3 times this past week at the new location by my house but it isnt GOOD.

YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING NEW. A DD's, Ross outlet or Fallas Paredes and Factory to you.

You'll spend way less for brand new. Guaranteed.

I purchased a dresser and put it under reserved. I came back the next day I guess they lost my ticket and it was crumbled up by the furniture area. Some Mexican guy took that ticket to the front and said that was their name to get the dresser. I just asked for a refund and it’s going to take a couple days to get it back. I wish they asked for an ID.

I am a loyal and long time customer of Goodwill's . I recently visited this store was was very happy with the new store. The employee who checked me out was rude and very unfriendly. The manager came over me asking for a discount on a mixer that was broken. She was equally as rude. Funny how these people doesn't realize without their customers they would not have a job.The worst experience in 16 years of shopping at a Goodwill.

Ridiculously overpriced. This is a secondhand store who prides themselves on "Good will" but will price brand new Walmart tshirts with tags still attached for double what you can buy it at Walmart for. $2 at Walmart or $5 at this store? Coming from a former employee, I was taught that Goodwill was not allowed to sell ANYTHING for more than 50% of retail price. So a T-shirt shouldn't cost more than $3 tops. It's about time the news starts to cover these terrible and greedy stores that are for profit, and not for helping the community and those less fortunate. This needs to change ASAP!

As a new Goodwill this store is very bright, clean and nicely organized. I hope customers help keep it this way. A HUGE selection of nick nacks, glassware and electronics compared to other Mesa Goodwills.
Clean bathrooms, good carts you can take outside. I will gladly pay an extra 50 cents a trip, if it can help this store not go the direction of so many others.
