Committing fraud via gunbroker platform. Stole 426 dollars from me and others yet they still have not been held accountable. Gunbroker still allows them access. Order Date was Sept 2024. ST Auctions has no intention of shipping anything. Even fake UPS label creation just to make you think they are preparing your shipment. I will find the guy.

ST auction offers merchandise at a very cheap price the ammunition at least 9 mm is real c*** the shotguns from Turkey are of decent quality other than the overunder which I would say is of excellent quality their a R's are cheap but functional military grade Don't wine when you don't get a manual with the rifle thrown in a box remember what you're paying for this stuff I have done over 25 transactions With ST auctions I've never had any problems with the shipping always shipped rapidly And I would say there's certain things you can get a good deal on if you know what you're buying

I purchased a few of there rifles (shotguns) and in the beginning they shipped fast,but I didn't want to pay for to many at one time until I saw how they were in person. Then they stopped shipping fast and I contacted them because they hadn't shipped the ones that I paid for. I emailed (they have no phone number) to check on why they hadn't shipped them started the ATF restriction story. So I went back on line and purchased the same shots guns without a problem from other sellers. BUYER BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND I REPORTED THEM TO THE ATF I think they list a bunch of guns not having them in stock. They still owe me money for items that they haven't shipped

I purchased two ar 10 carbine models from st auctions on gunbroker , Neither would go into battery. St auctions would not fix in way, and were very rude, from conversations on the phone. They barred me from making a review on gunbroker, so I was never able to get my complaint heard. They are one shady outfit!

Worst company ever. Unfortunately, people won’t see this before they purchase on gunbroker but they don’t care about their customers. Bought a firearm, never got it, and then they don’t answer. Always the run around at first but then they eventually ignore you. Thieves

This is a very unprofessional company and terrible company. First, they misrepresent items they have listed in auctions. After winning the item and paying for it, they’ll email you stating the item is restricted to ship to your state even though that information was not stated in the title or description anywhere. The only way to contact them is through email which is all automated anyway so attempting to resolve an issue is impossible. When you finally do get a live person to respond, they say they’ll issue a refund minus fees even though the issue lies with their listing. You can Google just their name and find extremely similar cases… in fact, that’s all that shows up.

I bought a gun from them and they sent it to the dealer and they didn't give their FLL number, I called them and they don't answer the calls and messages, they are useless, they are thieves.
