I happen to be in Maine (I'm from PA) visiting my parents and had some reservations about a Class A I was going to purchase. My dad said, let's go check out SR1, and so thankful I did! We purchased a camper almost a year ago ,it is a solar camper and it needed batteries replaced before we could even pick it up. Solar did not work right from day 1, had to use a generator. The toilet was broken and even with warranty,we had to fix it ,solar never worked ,it overheated and almost caught on fire ,it took them over 6 months to fix it , and now they won't do the right thing ,which I feel is that they should buy it back from us . We were sold a warranty and told it covered everything except the canvas on the awning.

We recently purchased a used 2021 Grand Design Imagine from a private seller. As expected there were a few issues that we needed to address. Ted Hathaway at SR-1 was awesome! He was able to track down the parts we needed, either in the store or ordered from the factory or Lippert. All items were just what we needed and Ted was always reachable to answer any questions. We had purchased a Bighorn fifth wheel from them a few years ago, so it was nice to see them still going strong and better than ever!

Overall I had a slight vehicle repair, upon such I had on hold with my loan approval in hand...a Timberwolf 16ML, Firstly the nearly sold the unit to someone eles and had their hands tied so they had to smooth things over both with myself and the individuals whom wanted MY Unit! This was ultimately worked out but following this other discrepancies had occurred. Purchasing an RV, Mobile Home, Trailer Exct is already difficult given how expensive everything is. However one would think the Company you're Purchasing from...Wouldn't Lose Your Keys! Can not secure the Main Entrance, this is especially nerve wracking given you can't have peace of mind your Personal Property is Secure, furthermore I can Not use my Outdoor Shower because well; affirmative NO Keys! This boiled things over after being as well assured do to this unfortunate circumstances we'd get free fill of propane shouldn't have put trust into what was already shown as to why not but arrival at my destination with Empty Bottles...Semper Fidelis oh and the Financial Institute they Suggested to me had Huge issues at the Federal Level they're being sued for millions & their financial advisor had no idea nearly locked me into a seriously terrible situation absolutely YIKES! Hopefully I don't need to utilize my warranty because idk if you can actually trust this company baskets of smokes & mirrors. Pretty much buy the RV hope you don't need to go back. The people were nice but that's just business not super genuine feeling at all really except for the introducing mechanic super polite great human. Been near a month now still no Keys that I was promised would be made & flown overnighted if necessary...lol yeah ok! it seems I had better Experiences in the Marine Corps with a guy telling me it was going to be a good time...wish I could say your experience here would be because mine certainly was NOT!
