PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!!!
Tenía una reserva de 2 noches, al llegar al hotel después de las 12 de la noche con mi esposa y mis hijos de 13 y 12 años la recepcionista ( Cecilia ) me informa que no funcionan ninguno de los ascensores desde hacía varios días y que la habitación que tenía disponible era en el piso 5 por una escalera de servicio.
Al decirle que yo no podía subir el equipaje 5 pisos por escalera pues tengo un problema de espalda serio, la única opción que me da es que me cancelaba la reserva y me devuelve el dinero.
Personal para subir las valijas, NO POSEÍAN.
Posibilidad de que me transfiera a otro hotel Marriot de la zona, me dice que ellos son independientes y no lo pueden hacer.
En definitiva SE QUERÍA DESENTENDER DE LA RESERVA Y DEL PROBLEMA DE ELLOS Y PASÁRMELO A MÍ.
NEFASTO SERVICIO PARA UN HOTEL CON SELLO MARRIOT.
Y por si fuera poco al manifestarle mi disgusto sobre su pocas opciones amenazó con que si no me retiraba llamaba a la seguridad!!

Customer service serious lacking. Expect way more from a Marriott property. Cleanliness was great. Conveniently located to several close places to eat that are delicious. Was on 4th floor and the people above were jumping all night long - or at least sounded like that every single time they took a step.

I always stay at this hotel. It’s clean, staff are polite and friendly but most of all, the location. Many restaurants in few steps away. I highly recommend it.

This is in close proximity to my office in Irvine. It also is two right turn to the 405. It is approx minutes from Irvine Spectrum. Also, there are approx 20 restaurants in it's parking lot.

Really great spot for a hotel.

Oh gosh I almost forgot to mention the world class breakfast with a waffle iron and various food options from fresh fruit to all types of bread and eggs...YUM!!!

I def recommend a stay.

This was one of the nicest normal hotels we've stayed in! Staff was friendly, beds were nice, hotel was actually CLEAN, and modern. Shower pressure was great, and shower head had fun settings like misting. Biggest negative was that their was no high powered fan in the bathroom, and anyone in the room was able to hear anything going on inside the bathroom. Breakfast was great (generic food but a lot of variety, sausages, watery eggs, bacon, waffles, cereals, muffins, fruit, hard boiled eggs, juices, milk, etc. ) There was no pool. We'd stay in this hotel again!

Outstanding 🙌 Customer Service by the Manager (I'm sorry, I forgot her name) I should have done this right away that night. But I felt like "a walking 🧟‍♀️ zombie" not "hungry" for 🧠brain🤯 but exhausted (from a long drive) for a 🛏️ bed! 😂 ... ) 🥴... Thank you everyone 💓

Parking in the big lot during dinner hour is a bit limited. Sux you have to pay $15 a day to park. Would have got 5stars if they didn't slip that fee in. Nothing really to eat that is real food at breakfast. Powdered eggs, premixed waffle mix, cereal, breads, cantaloupe l, watermelon, yogurt cups, sugary juices, mass made boiled eggs, bacon and sausage. Coffee was good and hot. My kids all ate it were not used to eating chemicals. Rooms are big and good fit for our family. Internet was strong and good. Rooms were clean. Ypu must ask for daily service. Has a microwave and mini- fridge. Ice machines on every floor were welcome to have.
