I needed a haircut and checked what was nearby, their website said a 35 minute wait for the next appointment. I walked right in and immediately checked in at the kiosk. One person walked in a few minutes after me, followed by three more men 10-15 minutes later. Only two people were working at the time so I was thankful to get there before them. To my surprise since they checked in with the app while they were at home they got to jump in front of my in person check in. So while I was waiting 35+ minutes in store, they got to show up five minutes before hand and get seen right away. So not only did that feel like crap but they now say it’ll be almost another half an hour before I can be seen even though the website had told me a 35 minute wait. Keep in mind it had almost been 40 minutes. An absolute waste of time if you don’t prioritize new customers who check in in person.

Miguel can't cut hair. He must be new. He kept having me look in a mirror and asking if the haircut was ok. My wife is pissed.
