Jacob was an excellent salesman. I drove 6 hours to purchase their last Dodge Challenger on the lot. The great price, Jacob’s character, and the overall vibe of the dealership made the trip worth it. I’m only disappointed Southwest CJDR isn’t closer to where I live.

I just had a very good experience with Southwest Dodge service department and in particular, Jeffery.

They identified and repaired a potentially dangerous mechanical problem (wheel hub bearings and axle). I was kept informed of status on my truck and the work was completed two days ahead of schedule.

Jeffrey researched all possible warranty information to include my aftermarket extended service plan and saved me hundreds of dollars.

He was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. I haven't dealt with a service department like this in a while.

Well I see some are happy with this place, I therefore are not, and I know the dealers gona always win! I bought a lemon, used 2018 gmc sierra 78,000 miles on it, and way it was explained to us, we still had gmc warranty on it till hundred thousand miles, or certain date, bought it had to move to Texas for personal reasons, on way to Texas before 1st payment, transmission slipping, got to Texas starter goes out, not big deal I'm still thinking were covered by gmc warranty Plus extended warranty they pushed on us, negative, nay, nay they said, a started is not covered, ......stay tuned for transmission slipping, very unhappy customer, be real clear what your signing from this place!
