Truly one of the greatest caregiving facilities in not only Maine but the entire world!! Rich the manager is above and beyond amazing and truly cares about this medicine and how it can help others. Extremely disappointed when I came in today. There is a 20 percent discount code on your website that does not state first time patients when I came in it was not honored even tho it was honored online. That is false advertising of a discount you do not in fact honor. On top of it your website did not state that your credit card machine was down and had to spend a extra 12 dollars to buy my products. There no longer is buy 3 get 1 free and was also not stated on the website that it has ended I was told that your prices dropped to help with the cost but I buy yalls drinks and they are still exactly the same price as they have been the last 2 months I have been coming. I enjoyed coming here as the first few times the gentlemen treated us with kindness when the ATM was down the first time he gave us a 5 dollar joint as he knew we were coming up from Massachusetts and have chosen this dispensary out of all of the ones on that street. Honoring something on your website holds you guys accountable which when I pointed out that it was wrong on your website it was still not honored I work in customer service and would be highly disappointed if my employees chose to not Honor something that was the companies mistake and when the customer is visably upset. We will be going to your neighbor next time regardless of the price because when a customer chooses your company over the many on that street and continues to come back there should be loyalty shown to the customer the same way the customer shows it to you! Highly disappointed in this interaction today.......now I go to drink my double dose apple cider and instead 1 100mg and 2 200 MG I got all 100 MG makes me that much more upset I am in Massachusetts as I stated and now out 200 MGS that I paid 20 dollars for.

Mind blowingly good cannabis. Staff goes above and beyond to make you feel empowered, wanted, welcome and served. As you can see, Snoop was there! Lol. The staff offered to take my picture after i said i wish someone were with me to take a selfie with Snoop. They have cool merch i was eyeing. Very chill place. The weed is amazing, oh my, so very. 100 dollar ounces are good here. Indico is good too but these guys seem to specialize in really good sativas. By the way, worth the 52 mins to get there from Mass.

*edit* they sold me shwag (bud that was cured after a power outage and it ended up making the final product BROWN) and justified it because if its "price tag". 3 stars for their good customer service and effort, but, this should not be tolerated.

The industry sucks now, names of strains are WACK (names like rotten fruit and CHEECH AND CHONG DROOLING), overpriced shwag everywhere, spotty quality.

Remember this every april: 420 was hitlers birthday, and mother nature cries out in agony because of the cannabis community de-evolving into woke slop.

Awesome quality, awesome variety combined with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
As a person who has spent 30 years in the cannabis movement, worked 3 years in the cannabis industry, and in fact been a victim of antiquated cannabis prohibition laws (1998) I'd say this place is my favorite dispensary. They always have a wonderful selection of concentrate. flower, and edibles. Trust me if you want QUALITY try em out!
