Amazing place to live in! Brand new apartments with modern features, high end appliances and smart devices. Fully equipped kitchen, very spacious bathroom and closet, and efficient washer/dryer units. I really love the sunrise views from my bedroom and living room, the natural light is superb, love the place!

Words cannot express how much I love South Yard Lofts! I’ve waited a few months to post this review because I wanted to get a true feel for the complex. I must say I am absolutely delighted to live in this community. Ashley and Mark go above and beyond for the residents of South Yard; and, the maintenance staff are extremely quick to fix even the most insignificant of requests. One thing I have been most pleased with is my neighbors, I’ve previously lived in Apartments which label themselves as Student Apartments and there was always constant noise and upkeep of the property was subpar. After 10:00 PM I notice my building to be almost silent, and I see Westwood Gardens almost weekly to tend to the plants. I would highly recommend any Property managed by Specialized Real Estate. Keep up the amazing work guys!

As an engineer and “Last Man Standing” on the Corvette class light battle frigate Rocinante (It was legitimate salvage, and anyone who says otherwise is about to have a big problem. How about now? I’m free right now.) I often spend long months on the float or under heavy G’s during hard burn. So as you might imagine, feeling comfortable at home when I return is such an important thing for me. South Yard Lofts really delivers that. The places are clean, energy efficient, and comfortable… a great place to catch up on the feeds and recover after a particularly grueling run.
In my absence I can also rest assured that my apt has been watched over by the more than competent management and maintenance personnel (Go Logan!) and a secure perimeter has been maintained due to the network of security cameras, and even hired security for high traffic evenings. The location is part of a modern urban environment (But it’s no Baltimore) so I do a fast supply run without even putting my boots on for a long haul. I could pretty much spend all my time on this block without leaving, until I get that call from Holden.

I found my unit is very dirty after getting a key. I complained and Asheley booked two work loads. But nothing happened so far. It’s been already a week since I moved in.
Also, my neighbor living above me is very noisy. They are running machine’s between midnight and 2am. I have the feeling living in the industrial area where machines are running for 24 hours. Is there no noise policy in the community?

I lived here for a year. Very nice, they also keep it very clean. Sleek, modern apartments. People that work in the office are really nice too. 😊
