El mejor hotel de estas vacaciones en Arizona. Super amplio, cómodo y limpio. La habitación estaba frente al self laundry lo cual fue una gran ventaja, ya que traje toda la ropa limpia. Personal muy atento. Pueden mejorar el desayuno. Aunque no tiene restaurante, hay muchas opciones para delivery. El area excepcional. Altamente recomendado.

I really enjoyed my stay here. As a solo traveler, having a kitchen in the room while being right next to a Trader Joe’s was awesome. The hot tub and pool area were kept clean, and the fitness area, while small, was just what I needed. The free breakfast every morning was great too. For the price, this place is a 5/5. Room was super clean as well, and it was quiet at night.

Hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived at Sonesta ES Suites in Paradise Valley, I felt genuinely welcomed. The gentleman at the front desk last night was incredibly warm and hospitable, even offering me two small bottles of water—such a thoughtful touch. The $20 incident fee was beyond reasonable compared to other hotels charging $100–$200, and he even waived my $5 parking fee for my first stay.

My room was spotless, super spacious, and I loved the variety of lighting options instead of just one harsh overhead light. I requested a late checkout at the last minute, and the morning front desk staff was happy to accommodate.

Breakfast was fantastic! A great selection from cereal to eggs, potatoes, and tortillas, plus a fun little pancake machine that makes fresh pancakes with just a wave of your hand. So many topping options for both pancakes and breakfast tacos—it was clear they put effort into making the experience enjoyable.

Sonesta ES Suites has officially earned my loyalty. I’ll be booking with them from now on!

My son and I travel a LOT, we've stayed in well over 100 hotels. This may be the best value I've ever experienced. The rooms were huge, clean, fully stocked kitchens, full size refrigerator, just fantastic. William at the front desk had an immediately helpful answer for every question and was friendly and professional as could be. Breakfast was great, my son really enjoyed the selection of toppings for the pancakes. They also had a full breakfast burrito bar setup, and all the typical hotel breakfast options. Pool and hot tub were functional and well maintained, and were open until 11. The laundry on site was helpful, and there was even a laundry basket in the closet to bring my dirty clothes down in.

I purchased the Pogo Pass on Groupon which is good for a year, and plan to return in the summer to attend a couple D-Backs games and the rest of the Pogo activities. There are not many hotels I make a point to stay at when I return to a given area, this will be one of them.
