I went through the drive-through ordered three meals totally $53. I got home. The meal was incorrect and I was missing a sandwich so I went back. I got the sandwich compensation and the sandwich was cold. Asked for a new one. They said they sent me with the same, I called the manager. He said he could send me $15 in the mail. I told him no please don’t please just make it more convenient for your customers. I’m very upset about this.

The toast was burnt, we went thru the first time in the drive thru and they gave us our order but forgot 2 drinks, i asked for peach tea they gave me unsweet tea, i went thru a second time because they also forgot the sauces for our salad, when i got to the window after a very long wait time they told me they didn't have anymore balsamic vinaigrette. I also had the new dill pickle sandwich it was very dry with little to no pickle aioli sauce on it what so ever and not only that but to top it all off the tenders were smaller then normal and my fries had zero seasoning im so upset ive worked for this restaurant but not this location for over 6 months and they ruined the experience for me altogether and i will NEVER return to this store ever again not only that the lady at the window was very rude and short with us

Slims is a fayetteville based restaurant that rivals any other chicken in the country. Slims has a big menu, lots of options and plenty of sauces. The staff is always super friendly at the Rogers location. Food is always hot, fresh and delicious. It has become a mainstay for my family to eat at slims at least once a week. Some of the best wings in the area too!
