Everything was superb until check out time. Coming from a female; who NEVER wears makeup!!! I got charged for towels that already had makeup on them. They weren't "fresh" like the front desk lady was saying. I do not wear makeup so how is it fresh when they were previously stained...? We get there and the towels had makeup on them but because it was a cheap night's stay I didn't think anything of it!!! The night time clerk, Pete, was amazing!!!! But upon check out the last ruined my entire day,!!! If you needed the 15 bucks bad enough should of just asked!!! I probably would have gave you more but do NOT lie and say that I left the makeup on the towels when I DO NOT WEAR MAKEUP!!! I BREAKOUT WHILE WEARING MAKEUP SO WHY WOULD I PUT IT ON JUST TO GO TO SLEEP!!!?!?! MAKES ZERO SENSE TO ME BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS!!!

We travel to Springdale every year, staying at different places. I will say we will come back to this hotel. I have had issues in the past with this hotel, but this time it was pushed over the top.
The first night we noticed that the sheet on our bed had blood on it. Then flipping over the comforter ( which we normally don't use in hotels but there weren't any blankets to use) had huge urine spots on underneath it. Yuck! I had to go down and get another comforter since they don't have blankets. The front desk attendant was not friendly. The second night we walked in our room and someone had been smoking Marijuana in our room. Mind you, we had stopped by our room earlier that day and no smell. The hallway smelt fine, just our room. The same front desk attendant, didn't seem concerned. I mostly definitely was! Don't stop here, it's not worth it!!!

Ok place to stay. Rooms are dated and no hotel store. AC won't go below 67 which sounds low but it felt like 75. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast is sub par with exactly the same thing every day

Our first time at this hotel. Great location if you want to grab something to eat. Very quite as the hotel is not located right on the highway. Not giving the 5 stars as the manager on duty couldn't accommodate us on the fourth floor as requested.

The. Sleep in in Springdale ark. Isn’t. Honest. About everything on there web site I resv. A room ahead of time. Got ck in he. The Manager ask me to put my card in that thing on counter said he need a $100.00 deposit said no smokeing or vep.ing in the room k cool. It was grandson. Birthday we had one of his friends with us I said he wasn’t staying his grand mother was comeing to get him. The manager said k. Oh I had resv. The room for 2 adults & 1 child. When we ck out. On time. A few days i ck a bank account. There had been. $85.00 dollars put back not the $100.00. I called took 2 days get get Manager in the phone he said. There was 4 of us no no. I tryed to explain to him my friend came up on picked up her grandson stayed just about hr ate cake. They left by 630 or 7. We ck inn at. 330. I don’t rent room s a the time God I had no ideal u couldn’t have someone stop
By for a bit there is nothing on the web site I resv saying anything about no. Visit. So. Just so want to let everyone know one to. Make sure u ck ur bank account after staying there

Not kid friendly. Bald guy at the front desk seemed to get mad about almost everything. Why have an indoor pool and tell guests they can’t be loud in the pool area? Take the pool outside then? Bad customer service not coming here again.
