They never fail to Disappoint customers 👎😔 😡

Had gone for a minor noise related issue for my Fiat Punto. Since I've driven this car for more than 1L kms, I know this problem is with the strut pads going bad.

The service advisor mentioned that the lower arm is the problem and replaced it.
Post taking the car from the service center, the issue still persists. Wonder if they even bothered to take the car for a test drive and check the noise. They simply replaced some worn out part that did not fix the problem.

And one question to management: While handing over the car for repairs, I was made to sign multiple forms. The 2nd and 3rd one was half folded and only the signature part was exposed. Did I sign any form that mentioned that the work has been done to my satisfaction in advance? 😡

With these experiences, I feel sorry for today car enthusiasts who've bought compass, Wrangler etc.
It's never a satisfactory experience here. Feels like walking into that not so popular bank 🏦.

Had a terrible experience here when i gave my car for minor servicing.
The car was not serviced for 4 days. When i called on the day of service delivery, the advisor mentioned that its not done and I'll get it next day by 12.
Next day, when i called, he again mentioned that the servicing is not done.

I asked him to handover my vehicle as it was just sitting there without these guys doing anything.
No wonder these guys have a space crunch. They can't manage appointments and keep customers vehicles unnecessarily in the compound.

When i picked up my unserviced car, i observed that the passenger seat was moved all back. So for the 4-5 days that my car was there, it was probably used by their engineers as a couch.

Fiat has already seen a downfall because of such pathetic service centres. Hope these service people don't destroy Jeep as well in India.
I think they don't bother anymore as this is the only service center in Pune. Once you buy their cars, you pretty much have no option but to service here. Be careful everyone.

Beyond my words, this is just extension of my previously disappointing review. The disappointment is just exponentially increased. I wish no one should go through the torture just to get the simple issue fixed. I gave my car 3 times, each time for couple of days to fix AC, but with no luck.

Finally, When I messaged Jeep India about this issue, they requested me to send the car again and promised me to take care of the car. Even the CRM head and Service head promised me of it. They kept the car for 7 days, and see how they delivered it. See pictures. Looking at the car’s condition, it just pained me and bought tears out of me. I loved the car, but I have to sell it now, I am tired of the torture.

I am in just disbelief about how someone can be so careless and negligent, i cant expect this even from govt service. This is so worse and unimaginable, no words!!!

There is a lot of improvemnt in JEEP SERVICE as compared to previous years. My complaint was addressed quickly by Mr Hemant Patil-GM. Still with the few changes and customer centric approach, there is a scope for more improvement.

Great experience in getting few issues sorted with my jeep compass 2021 model 4x4 diesel automatic. Mr Pandey not inly rectified the issues quickly, I got my vehicle back in less than an hour. Thank you and great improvement in service experience compared to past.

- good service quality , decent staff behavior, Nich hospitality and manager experience, good quality spare , availability spare some time issue , cost of spare bit higher side. Alignment service not available. So would give 4 plus star over all . And I would say they are pretty consistent.
I’m editing this post as I saw some issue after delivery as some of the work done has triggered more issue to car which were not present at all . Also they mentioned some spare will be available later which are not available even after more than 3 months so . So good place to service vehicle no doubt but one has to be vigilant and follow up on issues to make best of it .

Worst experience.
For simple job card creation they took 2hrs.
Service advisor fight among themselves and wont attend customers.
This is the only Jeep service workshop in Pune so be mindful of jeep’s aftersales service which is worse while purchasing.
