Shop often because the items rotate quickly. Use caution when getting boxed items. The solar lights we bought were obviously returns, but not obvious until we got home, and with outdoor items, there is only a 24-hour return. So we now have 2 out of 18 lights that are not usable.

I asked the cashier, politely if they would accept a cheaper price for this security light 12-31-2021. The manager, Jen, butted-in and said, “Prices are set. I don’t own the store.” I just said, thank you.

Why would I think she owns the store? There’s a nicer way to address your customers. Besides they gave me a $50 discount on another item months before and so I thought I’d ask again.

I like this place. It's Costco returns, so some things have been opened and taped back up. But that doesn't mean it's all bad, just discounted. It's also hit or miss. One week they'll have a lot of something and then it's gone, sometimes for a month, sometimes for good. So, plan on coming weekly. They have clothes for everybody, food, snacks, furniture, and knick knacks.

I used to love this store but lately the pricing is way off. Every time I come in I see items that are more expensive here than brand new and easily returnable at the original store. For example I just saw a single ramekin priced at $10 but new regular price at world market exact item is only $7.49. This is supposed to be a discount store. Why would I pay more and be more limited on my return window as well as knowing it’s probably a return so who knows if their are issues with items. Idk. I wish it was truly a discount store

I never write reviews but I felt it necessary for this occasion. We have been going to the store for a couple of months and we found a couch that we really liked however they were sold out. After waiting for over a month one finally showed up and the manager Jen kept in the back and called us first before even putting it on the floor. We purchased the couch and couldn't be happier. The staff at the store is always friendly and welcoming and the manager Jen should get a raise for her over the top customer service great store we will shop there for as long as it is there.
