Been here a few times before this week and had decent service.
Most recently, we walked in and one See's Candies rep was helping a couple and the other rep was chit chatting with the couple ignoring other customers.
No greetings,
No "We'll be right with you"
Complete failure to do simple basic customer service task - welcome in and give a basic acknowledgement of your customers.
If all See's locations were like this we would never go there.
Do better or you will lose customers to companies with friendlier service.

I was greeted with complimentary chocolate when I entered...great start! Rhonda conversed with all three customers while I was there. She custom wrapped a box for me and did a very nice job.

Great place for a wide variety of candies. They charge per pound which can add up pretty quick but is still a fair price. Not every candy is amazing but a good amount of them are fantastic. Place looks nice but could use more pizzazz and design

I love these chocolate truffles a ton! My go to is definitely the lemon filled one, and every time I get those I always get the butterscotch lollipops, very good!

Always great service at this location. Chocolate is delicious of course. I like that the samples are individually wrapped. They currently were only letting 6 people in at time so be prepared to potentially wait. The line does go down quick. Everyone was wearing masks. 😀

This was my first time visiting this newer See's shop. I've had their chocolates before and love them. Someone greets you when you enter and reminds you to keep your mask on while shopping there. I was the only customer in the store. I made my selections and the employee checked me out. They give you an individually wrapped chocolate at that time as a sample. I would definitely go back for the great chocolates and good customer service.

I recently visited See's Candies after hearing a recommendation from a friend, but my experience was disappointing. I was excited to bring back some unique gifts from the U.S. for my family while traveling overseas. However, the service I received was underwhelming. When I asked to sample one of their chocolates—mind you, it was my second sample and my first visit—an employee rudely informed me that she couldn't provide "tons of samples." Despite the poor customer interaction, I purchased five boxes of chocolates. Before leaving, I felt compelled to mention to her that a friendly demeanor could enhance the customer experience, especially since my intentions were to buy, not to steal. Unfortunately, this experience has dissuaded me from returning to or recommending See's Candies in the future.
