Management was very helpful and polite while in the moving process. Great staff and I’ve had 0 problems. Apartment was very clean when i moved in.Ive had 0 problems with the maintenance in my unit.

Save your time and money and do not rent here. Management is terrible and the apartments are filled with roaches and black mold and they do not care to fix it and will tell you that’s your problem to deal with not theirs. If I could rate this lower than 1 star it would be a -5.

Staff is always friendly anytime I have concerns, maintenance response is brief, grounds are well-maintained, I’ve called this place home for many years and I’ve enjoyed every moment!

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Aside from potholes littered all over the property and broken down and abandoned cars that never get moved from their parking spots. They advertise a pool that never gets cleaned, and has a layer of muck sitting on the water the entire time I stayed there (wouldn’t be surprised if it still is). Management is extremely hard to reach over the phone almost as if they’re never in the office and don’t return any messages whatsoever. I have to call at least 5-6 times in a row for someone to finally come to the phone. Very unorganized and unprofessional management. I was willing to let all this go until I was also charged an extra month’s rent after terminating my lease early and paying all my fees. This stayed on my account almost a year after my stay and continued to ruin my credit. Management had no urgency whatsoever in helping resolve my issue or return any of my countless calls/messages. Whether the management is new or old, they do not care about their tenants! It was a terrible experience even months after not being there, DO NOT RENT HERE!

I had a good experience living there, very quiet location all my appliances worked
great W/D Included, new floors and fresh paint, plenty of parking spaces and they responded to all inquires on the online fast and respectfully

Steer clear from this place and save yourself the headache of dealing with the people who run it. If you look at the reviews all the most recent ones are negative and for good reason. They don’t do a good job managing this apartment complex. If you want to rent from people that care about their tenants then go someplace else, it’s not worth the hassle.

As of March 25th, 2024 since November 10th 2023, I have had caught attitude and side remarks ever since living here. The first name of the lady is Sandra. Pure EVIL. From the jump I when I first checked to move into the apartment to see about damages, the management forced me to hurry up. Strike one. Later on down the line now living directly across from her and her husband, her husband has threatened me multiple encounters and all I ever tried to do was find common ground so I could have peace because of my mental disability. However once your not in the green with them they will do whatever they can to get rid of you. I have been spied on by the community, they shine lights in your apartment windows when you try to sleep, theyll talk bad about you and disturb your peace, YOU NAME IT!!! I try to bring up my worries and it goes out the window, and even the police can’t do anything about it either. Oh by the way if the police is called BY you to your apartment thats a lease Violation for you so good luck there. THIS IS MY FIRST EVER RENTED PLACE they do not gaf you cant even get your services requested without it being an issue. Don’t waste your time or money here.
