Scottsdale 59 and their front office staff of beautiful ladies have been a real professional pleasure to deal with. They are so helpful and go the extra mile to show the difference between them and other complexes. The lush Green landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained. The refurbished apartments are beautiful inside, especially the brick walls that keep out sound and the redone kitchens with full-size gas ovens. I had the pleasure to live here for four years and would've continue to do so if I had not bought a condo.

Best community i have ever stayed at been here 2 years and still dont regret it. Only issue i have had was with one resident in SE building *15 they're dog keeps getting out and they act as if there dog is friendly dogs teeth were out and everything but other then this mystery person best property ever, office is great lost my car keys recently and the office staff was nice enough to send a email out to help me find them bless there souls, the maintenance team is speedy and sharp always know what to do and how to fix it i have never needed to waited longer than 2 days for a work order to get complete

We lived at Scottsdale 59 for 4 years and really enjoyed our time there, would definitely recommend it!

Pros: Gas stoves, flat rate utility bill, well-insulated, beautiful grounds, nice pool, great central location, covered parking, quiet and friendly community, both the maintenance and front office teams are great. They also were very fair with the final walkthrough and sent the deposit check immediately.

Cons: The apartment seemed a bit small for the price (1BR, 600 sq. ft., $1400), dishwasher would occasionally leak water/not drain correctly but this was always quickly addressed by maintenance.

Overall, my experience at this complex has been positive. The amenities are well-maintained, and the majority of residents and staff are friendly and accommodating. Myesha, the community manager, has always been approachable and professional in my interactions. She is dedicated to ensuring the complex runs smoothly and fosters a positive community environment. The Staff in the Office and Maintenace areas are really kind and make you feel like family!

That said, there is one resident I’ll refer to as “Captain Chaos” who seems to have a flair for drama and unnecessary conflict. Unfortunately, Captain Chaos has failed to acknowledge that their dog is not pleasant to be around. Contrary to their claims, maintenance staff have no issues with dogs, who are well-behaved and loved by many in the community. On the other hand, Captain Chaos’s dog has shown some concerning behavior at the dog park, which seems to mirror the tension their owner brings to interactions there. Most residents use the dog park respectfully, but Captain Chaos’s antics have made it less enjoyable for others at times.

Regarding the utilities and heating system, the complex does operate on a shared system, which may not suit everyone’s preferences. However, management has been transparent about these limitations and works to balance resident feedback with operational needs. While the setup isn’t perfect, it’s worth considering this aspect when deciding if this community aligns with your expectations.

Parking has been sufficient for me, though I understand it can be tight at times. The towing policy seems strict, but it’s clearly communicated, and residents are given ample notice about any parking changes or maintenance projects that may temporarily affect spaces.

In conclusion, this complex is a good choice for those looking for a cost-efficient and well-maintained living environment with friendly neighbors and staff. While no place is perfect, my experience here has been largely positive—save for a few humorous but challenging encounters with Captain Chaos. I would recommend this community, particularly to those seeking affordability and convenience, as long as they’re aware of the shared utilities and parking policies.

Scottsdale 59 is one of the properties where you can find nice renovated apartments for a fair price, their amenities are top-notch, I specifically love the pool area!! Did I mentioned it’s a heated pool!?

If you are looking to move to the Scottsdale area I highly suggest this community you will find a fair price and excellent customer service!!

Myesha, Kailey and Brooke are always willing to work with you and help you have a comfortable living experience, they are kind and empathic people always have a smile when you walk in to the office.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED LIVING HERE!!! I can't say good enough things about this complex. Leland, the assistant manager, and Laurel and Jeana all helped me when I was moving into my studio apartment. I'm super sad to leave this apartment due to unforeseen circumstances, but I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment in Scottsdale. Leland was such a sweetheart when I was putting in my notice to vacate.

Maintenance stays on top of things. I've never had an issue with my current apartment except seeing occasional bugs which is COMMON in a big city like Scottsdale. They're very good at getting pest control out ASAP. After they come, I see no more bugs. This is the only problem I've had here.

All utilities are included as a flat rate. Super quiet complex. Very clean, there's always groundskeepers cleaning the areas. Apartment is located in a safe, upscale neighborhood. Rent here, you won't regret it.
