Don’t judge a book by the cover!
I had to stay for a business trip so it was a clean, and quiet place to sleep! It seemed like all the rooms were booked (also a good thing in my eyes). Sheets were clean, and everything was clean! Whomever checked me in was very nice and personable! Location is close to food and Walmart!
Only reason I rate 4 stars, is furniture and style is a bit dated.

We needed a last minute room and they were very accommodating. Great service, close by Walmart and Dunkin in town. About 20 minutes from Wells Beach, which was where we were headed. The room was clean, water pressure was great. Very nice people. Would recommend!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.||I left my Fitbit watch and charger in the room. I called and asked for it to be shipped back to me. I did say I would pay for the return and would like it back asap. The manager called to say he would mail my watch and charger back and that I did not need to pay for the return. I thought that was very kind of the manager to do that. I would recommend this hotel. It was nothing fancy but very clean, nice and a pleasant room. ..... Anna

All was as expected clean properly, tvs ,beds, everything it has been a pleasure and my first review was my first night I've been here a week and the owner to staff are all amazing nice and very hospitapial! U will not be let down great spot quiet and convenient thank-you .

I payed for a night walked in the room got a few videos of cockroachs walked out got my refund the only good thing out of this was I got my refund fast

Affordable for last-minute booking in a slightly underwhelmed room. Was upgraded from queen to king bed for unknown reason (thankfully). Water pressure was good. No coffee maker, felt borderline unreasonable. Icebucket but with no clues where to find ice. Housekeeping could use some training or an extra hand (coming from one professional to another).
