I have bought 2 pieces of luggage here at different times and each visit, I had a great experience . I've worked with Lisa and Penny and both are incredible. If you need luggage etc come visit the store and they will help you.

Maddie is not suited for working customer service. Her faceless expression, monotoned voice, and careless attitude is very scary to customers. Did not move an inch from the counter to either help showing or to greet. Just stood there staring.
Unfortunately I still needed a luggage.

Lisa rocks, she made picking out the right suitcase for my travel easy. Originally went in with one suitcase in mind and she persuaded me to try another one, and I’m in love with it. Lisa really knows the products and knows what people are looking for. I’ll be back to this place again. Great customer service and great prices too.

Will forever shop here for luggage! My husband had a bag from them and the zipper broke after 15 years so we went down to this store for a new one to feel the texture of their bags and everyone in the store was so helpful and personable, we knew the kind of bag we wanted and they were able to take us to the exact bags we wanted. We ended up getting the bag for WAY cheaper there than we would have online, definitely the go-to place when looking for travel bags 👍🏻

We bought a Samsonite suitcase in another country and it cracked on its very first trip (coming to the U.S.). The Samsonite rep at this store, Lisa, was very helpful in getting the suitcase replaced. She really knows the Samsonite product line -- when I walked in with the broken suitcase, she was halfway across the store but she immediately recognized the suitcase as a foreign purchase.

Lisa the manager was very polite and helpful. We needed to replace some Samsonite luggage from 15-19 yrs ago and she not only had some smoking good deals for our new bags but also got us the hook up to fix at least one of the old pieces of luggage. Awesome experience!

I bought a larger luggage for my international travel to Germany last month.
The “high quality” product of Samsonite did not survive this one trip. It came back with a broken whole is it’s plastic hard shell from the baggage claim.
Naive how I am I went to the this Samsonite location today to see what they had to say about this quality issue.
That must have been my lucky day. Not only did I get to meet the most unwillingly to help sales representative I’ve ever met, but also was her attitude coming with the unwillingness just a pure pleasure to work with.
Apparently I can’t get a refund since the luggage is used. I still can understand that. But the store does not cover the warranty, Samsonite does. And in order to decide whether this will even be considered a warranty case, my luggage has to be shipped to a third party subcontractor who evaluates the damage for material quality issues.
So the luggage I bought for traveling I have to give away… good system!
But on top of that I have to pay a $15 fee for the shipping. Me, the customer and not Samsonite!!! Again, good system.
And on top of that I’m getting all of that presented with an attitude that would make a snowman freeze.
Questions about how long this will take and whether this is the only option, with referencing that we bought a high priced brand for a reason which I do not see in this situation, she just negated or left us with the phrase: “I’m doing this by the book”. So the customer is supposed to know what “the book” entails?

If you’re in the market for a decent luggage and willing to spend the extra dollar for it, than just go somewhere else. Literally anywhere can not be worse than this location and brand. The brand doesn’t hold up to the quality standards a brand in this price segment should have, and the service is non existent. Neither at the shop nor at Samsonite.

Don’t waste your money and time here.
