Phenomenal service. Brisket falls apart so quick you might not be able to grab it with a fork. Very tender and juicy. High contexts of flavor and the Eloté bowl is the perfect amount of flavor and spice you would expect. DON’T FORGET the tangy sauce! Amazing customer service. Thank you for great experience and food. Topped of a great day of riding the bike out here.

1st time there and he had the brisket on sale and let me tell you this man knows how to Smoke a brisket. So tender and moist it was amazing I also got the beef bombs a meatball with cheese and then wrapped in bacon with his seasonings and sauces to perfection then the brisket beans OMG they are a meal in themselves the Elope was just as great as the beans. And the Carmel bread pudding was the cherry on top. After I ate lunch I went into a 2 hour food coma it was so good if your thinking about just go.

Today was our first day trying this food truck. We will be back! The beef "dino" rib was huge! The seasoning on it was SO good. It was like a crust of deliciousness! The rib literally fell off the bone. My brisket sandwich was good as well. We got both kinds of sauce (sweet & tangy) and we loved both. The baked beans had chunks of brisket. Would have liked a little more sauce, but they are the best beans I've had in a long time so I'm not complaining. The coleslaw was vinegar based. My husband wasn't crazy about it and prefers more traditional coleslaw, but I liked it. It was different, but I like vinegary stuff so I was a fan. The owner is super friendly and gave us samples of the meat.

Great BBQ. They nailed the brisket and the beans are some of the best I have had with big chunks of brisket in it. Be sure to try out the armadillo eggs for a spicy and cheesy part of the meal. Prices are good and great value. Will be back for sure!

($14) 1/4lbs Brisket is hands down best ive ever had. Melt in your mouth. Bourbon bbq sauce was also very good.

($4)Baked beans were way too sweet.
($4)Mac and cheese was extremely bland.
($6)Chocolate pecan cobbler tasted like a hickory stump. Way too much smoke.

$28 out the door.

Would definitely go back for the BBQ.

Salty Dalty BBQ has some really good food. The brisket is awesome and the alote is very good. If you like some heat, then you must try the brisket baked beans and the armadillo eggs (when available).
