My experience has been absolutely amazing amazing so far. The property is beautiful green grass and lots of activities to use. Jessica D. Is nothing short of amazing very helpful with the leasing process and made for an absolute smooth move in. I highly recommend Saddle Ridge.

I stayed at the Saddleridge Apartment complex for just over a year and I have to say that my experience staying there was amazing. Jessica and the rest of the Saddleridge team were incredible to deal with and I never had any issues with the service whatsoever. The complex is kept clean and well groomed, I found the area to be very safe with NEVER having to worry about any crime or theft etc. My one bedroom apartment was recently renovated with new appliances, carpet and flooring and was very cozy. I had some issues early on with my air conditioner (it wasn’t an older unit) but the maintenance staff handled the concern with urgency and ended up replacing the entire AC unit with a new one. I would strongly recommend Saddleridge apartments to anyone looking to rent in the beautiful Oro Valley area. I have nothing but praise for the complex and the management team at Saddleridge.

You guys who drift through the parking lot in cars thumping stereos late at night… you know those hundreds of windows on the building belong to your SLEEPING neighbors, right?

Apartments are pretty nice except for some rude individuals who love to blast bass stereos. Several cars do this late at night right outside my window, and my last neighbor did so against our shared wall.

Myriam Q did an excellent job taking care of the leak under my sink. She let me know what the problem was and quickly and efficiently took care of it. She is definitely a worthwhile maintenance worker to have working for Saddle Ridge Apartments!

I spent four years at Saddleridge , initially opting for a studio - and then moving to a re-modeled one bedroom. During my stay at saddle ridge , I never had any problems with neighbors or experienced any sort of extreme noise or drugs/alcohol use. Plenty of kids, and families.

Management I always dealt with the same person Jessica Diaz , and she always listened to concerns and addressed them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Jessica improved my experience at Saddleridge, because she was courteous , professional , and friendly.

Maintenance crew changed a few times, but overall very respectful and hard working to improve community.

Gardeners once or twice a week.

Pool is very nice but not always open

I was here for a very long time even during covid and the reason being was the amazing management by Jessica, and Safe quiet community. IV lived in many apartments around Tucson that are exceptional but management can change the whole experience. Jessica is so understanding and professional at the same time. She is quick and respectful. She made me feel comfortable expressing any concerns I had. Me and neighbors would always talk about how funny and sweet she is. The gym is great as well as the pool. The only con I would say about these apartments is the walls are thin and there are nosy neighbors (ex: the karens and Kevin's that will leave their laundry in there for days and take yours out after 2 hours.) it only happened once but you get the point.

Just moved in. New to the scene. Absolutely could not be more happy! Jessica and jarren did an amazing job of getting us in. Definitely fair apartments , little knicks and fixes needed found and they absolutely got right on it with their maintenance crew. Communication clear and customer service is clear. Nice neighborhood, safe, clean and absolutely peaceful for the most part. Very convenient place you’re surrounded by stores , auto shops and more close by for walking distance or car! Here’s more to come. 🙂
