All I want to say is a big shout out to Jason. Dude was ridiculously nice , helpful , patient , and knowledgeable!
A+ customer service and all I made was a phone call. Will definitely be down there soon for some new fuel pumps.

Outstanding. I had some concerns after reading reviews on another site. I was going to cancel the order but brought it up in email after i got my confirmation email. Jason called me immediately after i hit send. He eased my mind and said it will be ok. I got exactly what i ordered and shipping was very fast and free. The exhaust i bought was nearly $600.00 cheaper than American Muscle has it for. I put it on today and had zero issues with it. Gabe was fantastic. My initial contact was for a part that was an open box deal. I needed the part overnighted to Northern Virginia and it was going to cost me a mint, but I was good with that. Gabe found the same part a the warehouse (closer and much cheaper to overnight), and then did one-better by matching his own open box price for a new part! The savings alone covered the shipping! Very good experience. I ordered an Energy suspension master bushing kit for a 05 Tacoma. Ordered it in black, then changed my mind and wanted red. These guys were able to modify my order. And I received it in less than a week. They were cheaper than any other shop by $70. And free shipping!

Gabriel at RPM was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I needed for my truck. He took the time to explain in detail of each item that I needed for my truck, and also recommended what brand would be the best. All the parts came in quickly and were very well packaged! Gabriel was an absolute life saver. I messed up and fumbled my CC CCV not once but twice ordering parts in the dark and watching a movie shopping. The order was declined, yet it still came from my account, TWICE. I called my CC provider, no help, said they couldn't fix it, I would need to call parts dealer I was ordering from. I called RPM, thankfully was answered by Gabe. he told me exactly what he needed to fix the problem from CC provider, sounded simple. Called CC company, no help, told me no, inexperienced, so I conferenced in Gabe on the call. He saved the day, got my order back on track, got my payment cleared up, and was the only person trying to help. People like Gabe are an absolute needed asset for any online service provider, he knew what needed to be done, was happy to help, and went out of his way to get things squared away. RPM Outlet gets 5 star for great customer service from me, 100% contributed to Mr.Gabriel. Thanks again bud.
