I recently moved out of Rowan Park due to a job offer in a different state, but I had a fantastic experience living there! Lilly made our short notice to vacate so much easier than I thought it would be, and she is overall a fantastic property manager! The community is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful forest, offering a sense of privacy that’s hard to find in LR. The apartments are well-designed, and the kitchens are truly a standout feature—spacious, modern, and equipped with a large island in our 2-bedroom that is hard to find in an apartment.

The management team were friendly and always helpful, and maintenance was impressively quick whenever I needed assistance. It’s clear they take great care of the property and their residents. If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained place to live, I highly recommend Rowan Park!

It was a joy to tour your property your staff was amazing . The property was one of the best that I had seen so clean and pure those breezeway were amazing so clean most of the time When I was living in an apartment I was the breezeway cleaner. I want you all to know that your property is number one in my book. I enjoyed Abbi’s knowledge of the property as well as her people skills and adaptability. You guys have a wonderful person on your team. Customer service goes along ways and so does presentation . It means everything to me . Thumps up to you guys😊

I have lived at Rowan for 3 years and can attest for this top-notch community! The grounds are well-kept, friendly neighbors, and fun resident events. The manager, Hannah, is very caring and goes above and beyond for our community. The maintenance team is quick to address any issues, too. I just got a Ring doorbell installed as a upgrade for renewing my lease! They are always looking for new ways to give back to us as tenants, it does not go unnoticed. I have lived in many apartment communities and it is clear that the company that owns Rowan hires the best of the best. If you are searching for an apartment in the area, I can't recommend Rowan Park enough!

I have been living in the 1 bedroom for a little over a month and cannot speak highly of it enough. My neighbors are very friendly and I only know I have neighbors when I actually see them, my apartment is so quiet I never hear anyone. The apartments are tucked away yet close to everything it’s literally perfect. Hannah made my move in a quick and easy process I am so pleased with my decision.

I have been here for about 2 months now. I love it out here. It’s very private and the community is small. Maintenance requests are completed within a timely manner and they have done a good job communicating with me. I love it here.

My girlfriend and I moved here because we were displaced by the tornadoes & had to very quickly find another place to live when we realized returning to our old home was not an option. The application process was seamless and FAST— we were approved the following morning after submitting our applications. Floor plans are spacious, updated & very well constructed (we don’t ever hear neighbors). We are in love with our kitchen and screened-in balcony. This place just offers amenity after amenity & it’s awesome.

Hannah, the property manager, has been amazing to work with. She is genuinely kind and so willing to help in any way possible. You can tell that residents truly are the #1 priority here. We are so happy to call Rowan Park our home!

UPDATE: I still love my apartment and the location, but since Hannah left the office, it’s not the same here anymore. We lost some of the fun amenities like winning a bark box or Starbucks waiting for us in the office, ect. We don’t get our monthly newsletters anymore. We just get random emails from the office and they don’t even send them to everyone on the lease. The property isn’t as nicely maintained. I haven’t seen anyone come do yard work in weeks. I even found a tick crawling on my dog because the grass is so tall. We keep being told that pest control is coming by and then they don’t show up. Things are just inconsistent now.
Hannah was so friendly and welcoming. The new manager has big shoes to fill, that’s for sure.

We were displaced because of the tornado but Hannah was quick to make us feel right at home. The apartments are homey and modern. I don’t believe we could have found a better complex than this. Even with all chaos that has happened, I am so happy to have ended up at Rowan Park

I have been living here in the community for a few weeks now and I really enjoy how private and small it is. With only 4 buildings you can have your own privacy and peace of mind. Sometimes at night its too quiet (in a good way). The office staff and maintenance team are stellar too. Always timely with service requests and responding to emails. The apt itself has a lot of space. I am in a 1 bedroom here and I have lots of closet space as well as living space. The ceilings are 12 feet which I absolutely love.
