The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I worked with Daniel and he is a great bow tech and an all around solid guy. If your new to archery or an old hand these guys can help and have the skills to make it perfect. Daniel set up my new bow, first shot through paper a perfect bullet hole. Moved to the range and at 20 yards I was hitting the yellow on the first shot.. A+++ from me.

Super stoked to have found Ross Outdoors! Been interested in getting into archery hunting out West, and pretty much went into all the stores in the Valley and just wasn’t getting the customer service I was looking for. Jesse and Adrian at the Phoenix location turned that around for me pretty dang quick. I’ve been in more than a few times now for questions, checking my new Torrex, and other misc things now and the service is consistent every time. I’ll continue to give my business to these guys and would recommend anyone to them!

I came in and picked up a new Mathews Lift X 29.5 today. I stopped in the store last week and Daniel and Jessie helped me out. I had a list of questions and Daniel was patient with me and answered everything I wanted to know. The bow wasn’t in stock in the color I wanted but I got a call yesterday saying it was in and ready for me to come in and shoot it. Daniel walked me through arrow selection and built me a dozen RIP TKO’s. These guys are awesome and know their craft. If you’re in the market for a new bow, this is where you want to be.

I come here every few months to get my compound bow tuned, and the staff here knows their stuff! They're knowledgeable, and have great recommendations. They have a range for testing your bow, and have great deals on new bows and equipment. Overall, it's an amazing store and I will be coming back again soon!

Been interested in the sport and finally drummed up enough nerves to stop in! Alex was amazing and so helpful! Introduced me to a few different bows and took the time out to show me the proper way to draw back and shoot a bow! I haven't shot a bow in a lot of years. Got a Bear Adapt 2 and had them install all accessories and leveled everything and got my draw weight and length set. The staff made me feel very welcome and didn't treat me like an annoying newbie. Great place to go to for your archery needs. Would recommend them to everyone and when ready to purchase upgraded bow will be going to them
