This is a terrible business, and I will never go here again. I looked at their hours on Google Maps, and it was listed that they were open until 4 pm. I arrived a little before 3 pm to purchase new steel and was told that the department only works until 2 p.m, and I'd have to come back another day (great business model, right?). They said the new steel hours are displayed on the front window (how about updating Google Maps, too?) I went back 2 days later at 11:30 am to purchase new steel. I was told they were doing inventory and that I wouldn't be able to buy anything. I voiced my frustration with the staff nicely and that I'd never do business here again. One of the staff members rudely told me I could go to their competitor, that they didn't care. What a terrible way to run a business. I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to going, I would have gone elsewhere to start with. I've haven't done business with this place in several years. It's sad to see how bad they run their business. I won't be back.

Have been using Rogers Iron and Metal co for 20+ years supplying luggers and roll off dumpsters for scrap aswell as delivered direct to yard . Excellent service, great pricing , very accommodating!
Have also used their new steel sales division, for both small and large orders of materials . Their ability to special cut to length pcs for customer makes for very convenient supplier ! Their pricing have always been excellent .

Took 1600 pounds of the cleanest aluminum known to man would of took dirty due to 50 pounds of plastic letters that pop straight off. They gave .2 cents for 1600 pounds. They are con-artist scammers. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! Go to Trg or anywhere else! Never been ripped off so hard by a scrap place and been to them all.

Some of these reviews kill me. Like the one about another driver (customer) who was ignoring traffic signs and swerving. How is that the company's fault? That is not a reason to give the BUSINESS a bad review. I have been coming to this place since I was a kid, and we would pick up bottles and metal scrap for Pocket money. Great service and great people who have to deal with stuff like that on a daily basis. Hahaha! Thank you guys for taking up an idiots time, so someone else may not have to.

The price they paid for my recyclable metals were roughly under a third of that I would have received at the metal recycling place in Lowell or TRG recycling in Rogers. They don't inform you of the rates nor are they posted to allow you to make an informed decision about wether you should sell them your material or not. I felt violated after the experience and found out this morning the same material I was paid $21.52 was worth over$70 at the other recycling places I mentioned.

Service has been OK at best. I grew up using this location for most of my recycling purposes until I realize just how little they pay compared to anyone else in the area that I’ve been to. Without naming names, there’s a location of another recycling plant near this one that pays me up to five times as much for catalytic converter‘s and a little bit more for basic scrap metal. All you have to do is search for news articles and you’ll find them related to one issue or another with this business and some partnerships. I called this recycle center and another today to get current rates on catalytic converter‘s. Rogers Iron And Metal told me the most they would pay would be $10 a piece for some large catalytic converter‘s off the 6 L engine and TRG just down the road give me a rate range between 25 and $50 for the same catalytic converter
