Absolutely amazing! Jeremy and Steven are so sweet and the best hosts
We had a private cottage for our stay. The thoughtfulness that has gone into the property (decor inside and out, accessories to assist in a comfortable stay, food service, availability of privet or communal spaces) the decor had a vintage inspired boho vibe.

Steven cooked a wonderful breakfast while
Jeremy baked sweet treats that I will be dreaming of for months! Everything that was served was homemade with care and evident talent.
The hospitality that came with our stay is extremely hard to beat. The hosts were very considerate of any needs that we might have had.

If you have the chance to stay, DO IT!

This place was AMAZING!!! Jeremy & Steve were great. They were so nice communicating with us before we got there and we're always so kind and available to answer any questions we had. The cottages are very historic, cozy, homey, and a very welcoming space. I can not brag enough on what great cooks Steve and Jeremy are! We were so excited for breakfast every morning! Great experience and hosts! We will definitely be back to see them when we come to Eureka Springs!

We stayed here with my parents a few months back and this place was simply awesome. The cottages were nice and cozy and every morning Steven would ring a bell to let us know breakfast was ready. Speaking of breakfast, that man can cook. In the evenings I would make a fire in the pit and we’d just chill out in the cool weather listening to live bands that were playing somewhere down the road. Definitely recommend staying here if you come to Eureka Springs.

My wife and I LOVE this place! The owners are the best people. They are so down to earth and just enjoyed their company as we are and they cooked. If you want the best breakfast in Eureka, this place has it. They will not disappoint!! My wife and I can’t express how amazing the food was. All the beef comes from the owners family farm in Kansas. There are a million places to stay in Eureka, but my wife and I will always stay here. They are like family to us after our first stay. If you stay here you will not be disappointed with the service, food, or friendly nature of the people. Thank you for the for the amazing food and the time we had together conversing. WE WILL BE BACK!

We decided to celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary at the Rock Cottage Gardens and we made the best choice in all of Eureka Springs. The cottage was cozy, the breakfast was not only big but delicious as well, and we were far enough from downtown for it to be quiet in the evenings but we could still walk downtown if we wanted to. The staff were very helpful with information about Eureka Springs and just incredibly kind as well. We highly recommend staying here. We had a great time and we're sure you will as well.

Super surprised by such a great homemade breakfast by the owner Steven. Great location within walking distance from downtown and to a cute little bar/restaurant less than 1/2 mile away me and wife walked to. Spent our 14 th anniversary at the rock cottages had a very pleasant and relaxing experience, definitely recommend!

A gourmet breakfast EVERY morning at the main house- your personal chef will have an amazing breakfast for you. We were here four days!
Day 1- Pulled pork Benedict with mornay sauce, and tangerine upside down cake.
Day 2- Chicken and waffles with banana chocolate chunk bread
Day 3- Vanilla blueberry bread pudding and New Orleans eggs with cheesy grits
Day 4- Pumpkin cheesecake and Loco Moco.

This is a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay at. My brother and his wife and my sister and her husband stay here. They thought it was a great place to stay at. The owner of this place is very nice and the food is amazing delicious. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for your next visit to Eureka Springs Arkansas. So much to see and do.
