I’ve lived here, two times in approximately 4 years, and have been grateful for both apartments. The management and maintenance staff have always been great. We previously lost our very special manager Tamra, and she Will missed greatly. It literally made me feel like we lost a family member here or something, because she cared about us greatly. I’m sure they will find another that meets there standards, and I’m sure we will be happy again. This is a great place to live for the simple fact that , the corporation and management teams care for the residents. Always upgrading or doing something to help conserve for society as well. That’s important.

His diligence in his work and his positive mentality that comes with it, let alone his frindly and compassionate nature, truly makes him an indispensable part of this community. LOVE IT HERE. I’ve been here a solid month now and have really enjoyed it. It is in a great location, quiet and clean. Tamra and Michael are very kind and responsive and helpful. I’m hoping for the opportunity to renew my lease when this one is up. I’d love to stay here for at least a few years!

***EDIT: I wanted to add to this because I’ve been here almost a year now. I still love it here and feel great about being here. I renewed my lease for another year. Great place, great team.

We just moved here from another state. I’m so glad we chose this place. From the first day of contacting them until today, we are absolutely grateful & happy with their services. We did everything remotely & Tamra was always fast in response & above and beyond. Thank you Tamra + team. Well maintained apartments, surrounded area + pool & playground, they just started community garden which is a bonus.

I loved living here! Cute apartments, great outdoor living space, and a clean, safe complex. I'm leaving Cottonwood, but if not, I'd happily live here for many more years. The rules are strict, but it keeps the facility quiet and clean, so I didn't mind.

I really enjoy living here. We moved here in Febuary of this year from Phoenix and this place is exactly what we wanted. The grounds are beautiful (the maintenance team here is ON IT!!) and the place is pest free. I have my own washer and dryer. I like the management. The place is mostly quiet, even with the kids that run around here. The building is old so the walls are kind of thin but not very bad. I really like my neighbors. I wish this was a smokefree property so I could enjoy my windows being open. But whenever I do open them my living room smells like smoke and with a newborn it is awful. So my electric bill is high. The rent also is going up with new leases and it is already not cheap to live here so I'm not a fan of that AT ALL. But I do love living here so I will probably just pay it. Great team they have running this place. I'm guessing it is "new management" from the other awful reviews because these guys are clean, hard working, and Denise doesn't put up with nonsense.

Stopped in looking for an apartment and was greeted with a smile and very friendly attitude and atmosphere was laid back...tamra was very helpful and knowledgeable...let me know what the area was like and what's happening in there town...because I was from out of state and knew nothing of this town...but so happy I talked with her very pleasant to be greeted like that.
