If I could give this place a zero, I would! For a while I've lived here for two years and it's only gotten worse over time. Place is literally infested with roaches, dog poop is left all over the property and management doesn't resolve any of these issues. Trash is left everywhere and neighbors will definitely make you feel uncomfortable. Thank God I was able to move onto a better living complex, but to be warned, management will continue to send emails over "fees" and "services" even after you're no longer living there. For the amount of money they're demanding, it sure doesn't show or go to fixing up the property. Prayers to future residents and I hope you don't have the same issues this place is continuing to pester from me.

Don't live here. This place is infamous for how rundown it is. They will keep your security deposit. You cannot not get ahold of the office over the phone. The property is right near the talking stick amphitheater, off the highway, so it's very loud. No security patrol. No assigned parking. No gate around the property. Monica Romero who is the property manager will write strangely threatening emails to tenants about really anything, threatening legal action( whatever thats supposed to mean). Roach invested. Broken walls. Lights that don't work. Broken kitchen appliances. No personal mail boxes. Money orders aren't accepted. $30 surcharge to pay your rent online( which is the only option available). People will leave there clothing in the laundry room for hours at a time. Trash and shopping carts left around the property. Stray cats everywhere. Potholes around the property. Pet waste everywhere. Homeless people will sleep outside around the property. They'll tow your car if the registration is out of date. On top of all that, the property isn't even classified as an apartment complex by the city itself. It has 2.8 rating online for a reason. But hey, at least utilities are included.🤷

Unfinished work. All they did was make a hole in the ceiling and rip off paint. There is black mold growing and even a few mushrooms grew out of it. They said they would be back twice after 2 different maintenance men came and checked it.

Donna Johnson was amazing during the whole process. She made my move from Georgia, so amazing. She stayed in contact and made sure everything was taken care of. The unit was nice and clean, also notice it is quiet in the neighborhood. Everyone in the office was amazing and welcoming!!!

This apartment complex has come a long way. I have lived at this location since before there transition. At that time, I would have not recommended staying here. However, after the many units that have been renovated or refurbished and the drop in rent., you will not regret making this complex your home. And that is exactly what this is, a home, as long as you're not causing trouble. The office staff is very helpful when and the Maintenance team addresses issues quickly. I am not saying it is perfect, there's a lot of room for improvement. But that can tell you that it will only get better.
