The Keycard locks did not work well. The Room door was hung poorly and had to shut hard for it to latch. There were crumbling sections of the ceiling. The bathroom sink drained very slow the carpets were dingy. Bugs in the shower and dead roach in the fridge. Fridge also didn't cool well. The doors to outside that were supposed to lock didn't and the indoor pool was not in a temperature controlled area and was too cold to use. It was better than staying in a tent though.

Booked a room and when I got to the property, heard a service dog next door that started barking when I opened the door to the room. Went to the desk to ask if another room was available. The attendant was very accommodating and switched rooms for me. Housekeeping did not complete cleaning the room, the attendant had asked if it was ready. Went back to the desk and the attendant graciously moved me to a third room.

Room was clean,new floors,fresh bedding,front desk was awesome..... pool was down my first night but they gave me a 3rd night for a great price to accommodate the pool being down. Had pool side room loved it! Staff was great and nice to have a restaurant and ice cream shop in house any time in Mtn home I will definitely stay again no doubt! Absolutely loved the pool and staff..... they made sure we were taken care of! Perfect location to all the the surrounding amenities.

Never have been offered any type of room service. Stayed for a week and never was asked if sheets needed to be changed. Had to hunt down employee to get new towels and items. Not recommended. Rooms are cheaply remodeled and there's are lots of people who are addicted to drugs there. Not a family place to go.

I spent close to a month at this location following tornado damage at my home. It was so nice to have a clean room, fresh towels, and even a breakfast every morning. The staff was courteous and helpful in all things. Thank you for a good place to lay my head!

I was SO disappointed in this place. We stayed here regularly years ago & let me tell you, the place has died! Ramada Mountain Home should not be allowed to exist in this beautiful town! Room smelled like weed (should have been enough to tell oneself to leave immediately). After changing rooms, I could not get over how dilapidated the whole place was. The outside doors remained open at all times because they don't even shut. The rooms looked terrible, smelled worse, and there was no chance I was allowing my family to touch those beds. Basically, it is a SKETCHY apartment complex for nonsense shenanigans to run free. They did refund me for the second night, but I trashed nearly $100 without question for the first night for we did not stay! To the management: I have NEVER left a negative review of anything so this is new to me and I apologize slightly for it but people have a right to know.

The best part about this place is the parking lot. The service was kinda bad, no one at the counter for over 30 min waiting to check in. No sign saying "I'll be back" either. Was given a room with peeling ceilings, moldy bathroom, and the only window facing the INDOOR pool, with no natural light, but plenty of fluorescent spotlight from the pool all night long. The AC was nice, very cold. The bed was on the stiffer end, which I liked, but pillows were very bad. Parking lot was great though, good spot if you drive truck. Very sleazy vibes tho

Booked online, got the hotel. Got our room. It smelled like an ashtray. Immediately went to the desk, the manager gave us another room. It also smelled like someone had been smoking in it. At this point I asked for a refund and was ready to give this place a zero star review. However, the manager on duty asked if we would be willing to look at the rooms he had available. He physically walked us around and let us go in and smell and see other rooms that were available that night. We quickly found one that didn't smell, and was actually an upgrade from our original room. The Manager was kind, apologetic, and polite. He didn't charge us for the upgrade and took good care of us. No doubt this place is due for a renovation, and it really sucks people come in and smoke in non-smoking rooms and ruin it for the hotel staff and other guests. The customer service provided on this trip is what earned them 4 stars.
