If you are a lover of nature and Peculiar things this is a must see. We were in Eurika for a visit, and we chose this one as a side trip and we are so blessed to be in here. all things here is just like beaming with joy. The collections, oh my gosh the number of butterflies in the wall are unbelievable. I truly believe it is a magical place. The garden is so alive full of flowers and butterflies. So many things to soak in. All beautiful

Really enjoyed it. Grounds and house are very interesting. The owner spent her lifetime covering everything in special rocks. The inside is like a time capsule, beautifully preserved.

I would probably rate this 5 stars if it weren't for the time of year we visited, in late October. It was very interesting. Plants in bloom would have made it beautiful.

Facts, wheel chair access for outside of the house will be doable but not easy as it is natural ground. There are 3 steps to get inside that may be a hurdle also. Getting to the second floor will be a challenge.

Opinion, this house and the story told by the granddaughter was just beautiful and amazing. The outside structures are made of rock that I feel matches up nicely with all the surrounding nature, grass, flowers, trees, etc.

The house itself has held up very well over the years and it is amazing to see, "two story tall" plants growing inside.
There are placards placed around the interior with information on the family or the house, all enjoyable to read and learn.

I had a great time walking around and learning about this Quigley family and will stop by again when I'm in the area.

One of the the best places I have visited. It’s beautiful and will give you plenty of creative ideas to enhance your home and make it more greener. It’s just an amazing feeling to have nature inside the house. You will truly appreciate the history and hard work that has went in to building and maintaining this masterpiece.

The tickets are $9 per person cash and if you pay by credit card, square would charge you 4% service fee.

The grand kids still stay at this place and will give you the history of the place when you arrive. After a short history they leave you alone for as long as you want to be mesmerised by the beauty of the nature. If you have any questions, family members are readily available to answer those for you.

BTW on arrival you ring a bell, and one of the family members will escort you inside the castle once you pay the entry fee.

It’s not wheel chair accessible but the terrain and stairs are very manageable if you can walk slow with some help.

Definitely a site not to be missed.

I had been wanting to stop in for years. My husband and I finally did and were thrilled that we did. The history and story were just as interesting and mind blowing as the property. So beautiful and amazing. It is o e of those places that you can return multiple times and see something you missed the time before. So we Will be going back.

Beautiful stone house tucked away in a little field overlooking the Ozarks. The lush garden is filled with whimsical rock sculptures, and fans of local, vernacular architecture will be inspired by the warm interior of the house and its connection to the outdoors. Highly recommend!
