Tried setting up new service online for the next day, applied, they said they'd call. Cut to 2 days later, we had to call because they never did. Needed service that day, so they charged us for same day service charge.

have tried FOUR TIMES to have this pathetic utility come to our gas to "check gas leaks" before turning on our gas. each time they don't knock or ring the door bell. Just got ANOTHER note today, been listening for a knock or doorbell ring all day, NOTHING. How embarrassing it must be to be this inefficient and lazy. Their support team couldn't care less about you either.

UTI —-QC water related

I am making this public post for awareness
Maybe my story will help others!

Im very unhappy with our Queen Creek water
We have lived here for 7 years and 3-4 years ago I started getting UTI’s every 2 months - I have been very sick
My Dr gave me a round of antibiotics! so many times that I’ve lost count and all this wreaked havoc on my body!

3-4 yrs down the road to present time we had a local home water purification company come to our home and analyze our water- you guessed it—over over load of toxic water chemicals! Beyond beyond 😡
After being infected for so long to toxic water (showers, dishwasher etc.- we didn’t drink it) we installed a home water purification system & I had not had any UTI’s for 4 months since installation.
Then I went swimming one time and 💥 bam- it happened again! I then changed our pool to salt water! Now I’m free of these horrific UTI’s!
This was the only way I resolved this health issue! and it has been costly!
Needless to say there is something very wrong with QC water!

No water pressure in San tan valley. I have called them repeatedly and left messages with no phone calls back. They’re allocating all the water pressure towards new builds and construction. It’s absolutely ridiculous they don’t care.

We have had a water leak just under the side walk since Wednesday causing damage to our yard. We have called multiple times and they keep telling us that someone will come out but still nothing 3 days later.
