What a great experience. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Walked me through the whole process seamlessly. Dr. Elg was friendly and thorough. Best experience ever since moving to AZ 5 years ago. Have used two other providers previously and changed due to insurance coverage. Would highly recommend.

I have have been a patient here for around 15 years if I remember correctly. We love the doctors and the staff. In a way they've watched our family of 6 grow. If ever a place could make you feel "community", this is it. They've always welcomed my brood of boys and are patient with their crazy energy.

I scheduled my eye exam 1 year ago when I had my last visit. Like everyone else, I work a lot and try to make arrangements early to move meetings and travel around. I received a text message last week asking me to reply Yes to confirm my appointment for December 3rd. I made sure my meetings were moved around to accommodate, and replied Yes to confirm my apt. I got another text yesterday reminding me about my appointment and telling me to show up 10 minutes early. I showed up early, first customer in the door. When I checked in I was told that the Dr I had scheduled with was no longer working there. They said there was a not that someone back in October tried to call me, and I went through all of my calls and voicemails and no one ever called me. The guy at the desk was very nice and was definitely trying to help me.

Very frustrating that I scheduled a year ago, moved all my meetings and schedules around to make this work. Also confirming my apt from their text message. Clearly the office manager here needs to figure out where their process issues are and address them. Luckily they were able to get me in to see a different Dr this week, but now I am taking more time off work, and moving meetings around again. It is costing me more money and PTO time for their own issues.

Once again, I appreciate the guy at the front desk that was trying to help.

Excellent service- latest tech. Awsome place for eye glasses- new glasses always perfect for the last 8 years. Highly recommend- you won’t be disappointed

The reason for my review is based 100% on quality or product and warranty. I purchased frames and lenses. First pair little gold facing fell out. They ordered new frames exact same. Lenses didn’t fit had to return those and get entirely new frames and lenses. Shortly after same exact thing happened with the new pair went back explained what happened with the first pair and said to avoids all the back and forth order new frames and lenses not just frames. They would not and lo and behold new frames arrived and lenses didn’t fit. So now waiting weeks longer to get new frames and lenses again. Here we are 3rd time same issue and I call in to tell them same piece fell out. Now they tell me they are out of warranty because it goes back to original purchase date. I’m sorry these are brand new frames and lenses it should go back to when those were received. I was told good bad can’t help you. Tried using buying a car as an example that if I bought a new car and the engine failed and was replaced it was still manufactured warranty. Yes for everything but that new engine. That has a new warranty date now as it’s brand new. Very upset with the service on this one.

The location is handy, the facility is nice and fresh/modern/clean. They have friendly staff at both front desk and techs. No pressure from retail staff. Recommended them to my husband who was disappointed in the pushy sales approach at the office he was going to.
