My stay at Quality Inn was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location made getting around convenient. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety. I would have liked more TV channels, but the friendly staff made up for it. I’d stay here again.

Quality Inn provided a quiet and comfortable stay with the added perk of an on-site snowmobile track. While the fridge was a bit noisy and the lack of an elevator made carrying luggage upstairs less convenient, the overall experience was enjoyable and I’d consider coming back.

From the moment we arrived and throughout the duration of our stay, we were treated as family. The staff makes you feel extremely welcome and cared for. The front desk manager, Chelsea is absolutely amazing, from getting us extra towels to looking into some information we needed during our stay. Incredibly clean hotel, great breakfast room - stocked full of fresh and delicious food, beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms. Will always stay here ❤️

I came back to Quality Inn after two years and was surprised by how much it has changed. The hotel looks brand new, and the big lobby is very nice. My room was clean and comfortable, but it was a long walk to get there. Overall, I had a good stay and liked the new look!

Subject: Request for Refund Due to Non-Functional Amenities

Dear Owner/Manager/Desk Clerk

I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent stay at your motel on March 14, 2025. My intention was to stay; however, upon entering the room, I encountered several issues that made my stay untenable:

Non-Functional Amenities: The double burner in the counter stove did not work, rendering the kitchenette unusable. Additionally, the TV had no reception, which was attributed to snow accumulation on the dish, despite there being no fresh snow on the ground. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and flagged as unsecured by my Norton security software.

Lack of Essential Appliances: The room lacked a refrigerator, which was crucial as I had brought groceries with the expectation of cooking and storing food.

I understand that your cancellation policy states that cancellations after 6:00 PM on 03/13/2025 are non-refundable. However, my reservation was not canceled prior to arrival; instead, I checked in around 4:30 PM and checked out before 5:30 PM the same day due to the aforementioned issues. I was informed that since I had checked in, no refund was available. This policy does not account for situations where the room's amenities are non-functional or misrepresented.

Guests are entitled to the services promised at the time of booking, including a safe, clean room and access to advertised amenities. When essential amenities are non-operational, especially those that were a key reason for choosing the accommodation, guests have the right to request a refund.

The front desk clerks told us we would get a total refund.
Given these circumstances, I believe a refund is a fair resolution, as the room did not meet the advertised standards or my expectations. I kindly ask that you consider my request and process a refund. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. You may contact me to discuss this further. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Quality Inn is a good place to stay. The free breakfast had enough choices, which was great. The staff was helpful, and the location made it easy to get around. The room was good, but it felt a little dark. Adding more lights would help. Overall, it was a good experience.

The rooms needed work. They were overall clean but the door looked like it was kicked out, there was a hole in the wall and the ceiling panel over the shower was not properly fitted. The staff was overall friendly.
