Very terrible management especially Demarius and Leah. Leah goes out of her way to be disrespectful and Demarius completely unprofessional he likes to entertain the female customers and play with them. I pray Courtney is never influenced because he is actually a good manager out of everything. Deficult times or not he is very accommodating and understanding as long as Demarius (he brings nothing but negativity) isn’t involved . Personally I prefer to deal wit ONLY Courtney he is AMAZING

I have lived here for a while, and I really appreciate how quickly they handle maintenance issues and are now working on upgrading and making the complex more appealing for the tenants. Gettng the pool and electrical panels updated and safe. It makes living here more appealing. Very affordable when looking at other complexes in the area. In these inflationary times, this is really important.

Since moving here in 2023 there has been a lot of changes both externally and internally. For starters just in the past six months the roofs were fixed, new landscaping was laid, the streets were resurfaced along with apartments being completely gutted.👷‍♀️👷 So, if your looking for a fresh start and don't mind the construction this is the place for you! Plus this complex is nestled in a quiet neighborhood off Rodney Parham...it's so peaceful.

Anywho, your probably thinking okay they working on the outside but what about the internal management. Hold your britches 👖 I'm getting there... the staff has gone through some changes and isn't perfect BUT what staff is? What's important to me as a resident is that they work great as a team and that they are understanding. More than anything if you have a serious complaint they will respond quickly and professionally.

🌴🌊Also their Corporate Office although located in Florida is very involved in the growth, development and operation of the complex. You would think a complex in lil old Arkansas would be neglected but nope! On more than one occasion I personally saw Mary a very very high ranked Corporate Official walking the premises; personally inspecting the ongoing projects.

More than anything if you move here don't be afraid to speak up but also be humble enough to praise the staff because they are really trying their bests. Overall I give the complex based on its current improvements and new management team 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've only been living out here a few months, but since living here, they've been fixing things around the apts like the pools, parking lot, etc. & the office staff & managers all have been really helpful to me, they're very responsive if you're consistent & will help you out as much as they can. The apartments are nice in the inside as well. Thank you all, Katina, Courtney, & Demarius!
