I am incredibly frustrated with my experience at Prosource Tempe. I ordered cabinets for my new house, and the entire process has been a nightmare. The installation was poorly executed, and the communication about the cabinet style I selected was incorrect. To top it off, Prosource improperly measured my space, which led to significant issues and delays. I also had missing items that I had already paid for, and they made me pay for them again! The certified installer they referred was unprofessional and left me with a product that is far from what I expected. I am thoroughly disappointed and cannot recommend Prosource Tempe.

I had trouble finding jumbo slab countertops in the finish I wanted. Having used ProSource before, I gave them another try. Betsy was super helpful, found me the perfect countertops and I’m so happy with them. She even helped me stay within budget.

I ordered "premier" grade cabinets from this company. The process of placing the order was fine, but the process of dealing with all the problems with the products was horrible and delayed my project by weeks. The quality of the cabinets was not "premier". In the end they replaced 4 cabinet boxes, 2 drawer fronts, 1 door, and numerous other parts. ProSource demanded a "certified technician" come out before ordering the complete list of replacements, but they refused to tell me what company this technician worked for or what he was "certified" in. My project was stuck, so I was forced to have this unknown person out. When the technician came out, even he was unclear why he was sent out and told ProSource to order the parts I had originally requested, so all they did was further delay my project.

Theo does a professional and most efficient job with all his deliveries. He’s handled large (full kitchens) to single cabinets for me. Always keeps me posted on his ETA, which is awesome and so careful with the items he brings. Highly recommend his services for any needs.
