Best darn place in Northeast Arkansas. I would go out on a limb and say the best place in Arkansas to carry your vehicle to get tires or any service work done. This is a company that is centered around Jesus Christ, and are not afraid to do the next best thing. So if you’re hearing the reviews, wondering if you should choose them, then I’m here to tell you you should choose them.

Got my tires put on on a Wednesday morning. Was satisfied with the customer service and product. Friday morning I noticed I had a flat. I took it back down where they fixed the valve stem. Upon cleaning my truck on Saturday I notice there piss poor work ethic. Missing a valve stem cover, scratched the hell out of the wheel they had to fix. Can’t even tighten up a center cap properly.. Jeff did great with customer service.

EDIT: Pro tire was very great about resolving all of these issues. They fixed it all up on a saturday morning and were apologetic for the way things were handled. Offered a free oil change as a way of making it up to me. I would go back!

Came in with a flat. They were able to fix it, plus took the donut off and replaced my tire once it was fixed. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

Beware- I highly recommend you go to more qualified professionals. I went in for new tires on my 2018 Mazda; they said my lower control arms needed replacing before my alignment. This surprised me because my car has always been maintained and was running great- but I agreed, because I take pride in my car and take care of it- it was just time for new tires. I was told everything else was in great shape, including my cv axles and boots, which were replaced last year at the dealership. They said they would have to replace my control arms or they wouldn’t align it. The same day I picked up my car, I noticed a new popping / clicking sound that I never heard or felt prior in 80,000 miles of driving since buying it off the lot. So I knew something wasn’t right. After several more trips to them, being told NOTHING was wrong (which I did not accept) I was informed that mysteriously my 1 year old, dealer installed CV Axles needed to be replaced (again, not mentioned prior) and that the new control arms they installed needed to replaced under warranty because they had failed…so, I was charged labor twice for the control arm installs since they don’t stand behind their work and their mistake of not greasing the new parts and having them fail in under a week. I had to pay for a rental car multiple times only to finally pick my car up and have it drive worse than I have ever experienced. My car is immaculate and has been religiously maintained since day one. It always drove perfect and never made any noises outside of the perfect hum it always made when I drove it. I have spent over $2000.00 with this shop that I went to just for tires and a simple alignment check (which I was sure it didn’t need because it drove perfectly straight and never pulled and my tires wore evenly). Their motto seems to be up sale no matter the poor ethics behind it. Double labor charged, car running worse than prior to my visit to Tire Pros and highly unsatisfied. And good luck getting a word in with the sales guy talking 100 mph right over you. I would have liked nothing more than to give these guys a good review, but they did not fix the problem that was clearly caused by their incompetence- got more money from me- and was extremely rude and condescending to me when I brought my concerns to them. I would highly recommend you seek services elsewhere. They also got grease all over my inside door panels.

Brought my dad's car in for an alignment. Awful customer service experience btw. Then they told me they couldn't do it because the car needed parts first. Charged me $50 and did nothing to the car... Pretty sure they didn't even look at it. This was the most expensive option but had an opening sooner. Take my advice and wait.

Went because I had no ac in my car, I’ve replaced the air compressor, ac valve, and pressure switches that were recommended but still nothing. Sat for 2 hours for a vacuum/recharge which still didn’t fix the issue and spent $215 to still leave with no air. All they told me was they could keep looking for issue but it would run me more money then what I spent.

Called them 4 times, twice no answer then 1 pick up hang up, then immediately no answer again!!! Literally between 2pm and 3pm on a Thursday.... is that how you're to run a business 🤔. Not successfully!! You lost a valuable customer Mr Covington! Do better!
