Price break has been great in my opinion. Great bargins and I can not say anything bad about the employees. They have all been helpful and courteous. I am a regular shopper and have saved hundreds at this store.

Terrible experience! First off I'm a wheelchair bound customer who enjoys going in and shopping, I look through the bens the best i can but today after someone was tossing things atop of me i excused myself to a differnt ben, when I was approached by an extremely rude female employee accusing me of being rude to another customer, confused I asked who and that's when I realized it was the lady throwing things on top of me at the previous ben. I was yelled at by the employee not once but twice two different times in less then 20 minutes.

Deals aren't bad but it's dangerous and overwhelming to look through the merchandise. Broken glass, razors, mystery goo, vegetable peelers, and other sharp objects were out of packages and in EVERY bin.
I really wanted this to be a fun experience and it was anything but.
I hope they fix this.
I might go back in a month to see if anything has changed but I will not be taking my 6 year old granddaughter again and I'll bring gloves.

Just FYI... the bins are high which is really nice, so you don't have to bend over the whole time. But it's not wheelchair friendly.

My first experience at Hot Springs Price Break wasn't the best. Let me first say that I love places like this. Not everyone likes sifting through piles of unorganized returns but hey one man's trash is another man's treasure. That is the good, here is the not so good. After being there for about an hour; I witnessed, either the store manager or someone in authority, a middle aged man, walk up to a mother of a toddler and use condescending tones and sarcasm to, I suppose, let her know her child was too loud. Before this he was walking through the store yelling, "Who's child is that!?" Mind you the toddler was having outbursts off and on the whole time I was there but that is no excuse for the way he handled the situation. He was very loud and did it in such a way where he made a small scene and embarrassed the family. I also witnessed this same manager inform the customers, in a very unprofessional way, of the stores closing time except he added, "We all have lives too and would like to go home." I can't speak for others but it made me feel like the customers were seen as a burden and honestly like cattle being herded out the door. Seriously some of the most unprofessional mass treatment I've seen from any store owner, manager or employee EVER! As someone who works as a customer service manager I'm deeply annoyed at the lack of care and disrespect this worker displayed. Please Price Break of Hot Springs, do better!

Wow, if you have anything close to ocd, beware of this store. I thought Dirt Cheap was bad back in the day. Boy was I wrong 🤣. When you see people with buggies full of nothing but 💩merchandise, you wonder why so many people are in debt. Save your time and sanity and skip this gigantic hoarders warehouse.

Fun looking through the returns, but customer service was MEDIOCRE AT BEST. I politely asked “where can I find men’s shoes?” And one of the employees responded “right under the big clothing sign.” With an attitude. It seemed like a decent store but poor choice of employees!
