I had an appointment with Jennifer who took a detailed assessment from me upon our initial meeting. I have several issues with arthritis and migraine. Jennifer explained everything about herself and how she completes massages to meet my needs. I felt great and comfortable during the massage and still do today ( the day after). I have been trying to find a good masseuse since I moved here 3 years ago. Today I was successful. Serenity is a dream come true. I had my first massage with her yesterday and it was wonderful. I will definitely be returning. Serenity listened to my issues, and then addressed them during the massage. My muscles were completely relaxed and I have more feeling in my feet than I have had in years. Serenity is definitely a keeper, although I may try Shane next, based on her recommendation.

Jennifer is an amazing therapist. I normally rely on heavy pressure for best results but she applies light to medium pressure and the results are perfect. If you simply must have heavy pressure, that is Serenity’s technique.

Her highly developed intuitive sense combined with her practical skills, knowledge of the intrinsic functions of the body and nervous system allow healing to happen from the inside out on a quantum level. I have significant issues with my spine. Surgeries haven’t fixed me so I finally decided to try a massage. My therapist was Simone. After discussing my health history I put my faith in Simone hands. She addressed all of my issues while working on me with care and knowledge to improve my condition. Following two wonderful hours, I departed relaxed and feeling much better! However, the real surprise was a significant reduction in my pain! This has continued for many days post treatment. I really like Prescott Massage Therapy. The facility was very.nice. The location is convenient too. I give five stars!!!

Serenity really listens to what you tell her. She is able to navigate the appropriate amount of pressure while loosening up all those tight muscles. She really has a wonderful understanding of human anatomy and how our muscles work.
