Visited this store before Christian Dior. And the atmosphere here is unwelcoming. Here’s what the Sales Rep. said; “yeah we remember the people who buy bags, not wallets”. Mind you, making comments on the sales floor is unprofessional and gives off a bad vibe. I have pieces of Prada, but this place will not earn my business. Christian Dior did.

Nothing like spending $4,000 on a bag and then when it starts to have wear after less than 9 months of ownership, you call only to be told you have to figure out getting it shipped back to a store and pay for signature and then go and email the store separately to inform them of the shipping information and repairs needed. Terrible system. If I'm spending that kind of money on a product they should have a streamlined system in place to get the return done. Amazon has a better return system for $20 items.

I live in Tampa, FL, and travel frequently. I have visited this particular Prada store a few times but have never made a purchase here, though I have bought many pieces from other Prada stores. On this occasion, I was returning a pair of Prada socks while in Phoenix, Arizona. A colleague in Atlanta had warned me that the staff at this store could be different.

To the point: I came to the store with the socks in their original packaging, along with the receipt. The socks were unworn and unused. Unaware of Prada’s return policy, I approached the register, where a young lady took the item and asked if I had purchased it at that location. I informed her that I had not, and she then proceeded to examine the receipt.

While she was doing this, I was shopping—specifically selecting a bucket hat, a belt, and considering a pair of shades. My intent was to purchase a shirt and possibly add a few more items. Before I could fully start, the young lady processing the return suddenly yelled across the store to inform me that Prada has a 14-day return policy. I walked over to the register, as that information should have been communicated face-to-face. However, my real concern is what she said next.

Despite the socks being in pristine, unused condition, she remarked, "Since they aren't used and you have them all in their original packaging, you probably can sell them on a consignment at one of the online retail stores." I was taken aback by this comment. In hindsight, I should have asked to speak to a manager to determine if this is standard practice or if this comment was directed at me personally. This is troubling because I wonder what about me made her feel comfortable enough to make that remark or suggestion.

This was very disappointing. To add insult to injury, after handing back my item, she asked if I wanted a bag. While I don't believe she intended to insult, I found it odd—why would I need a bag for something I already own? It felt as though she was implying I should pretend I had just purchased the item.

This was a terrible customer experience. This interaction has left such a bad impression that I will never visit this particular store again and am reconsidering my support for Prada altogether. A company is represented by its employees, and this experience was far from what I expect from a brand like Prada.

The representative was very helpful and willing to support the customers.
Also, the product is high quality and comes with an authenticity card, which I consider important.
Lastly, you have 14 days to return, but you need a receipt and it needs to be in original condition.

Absolutely disgusted! Went last week Wednesday and no one offered my aunt or cousins any water, champagne, nothing at all. And on top of that they had to wait to be served.

How are you “luxury” when you discriminate. My aunt shouldn’t have even purchased anything. Do better. This is definitely going on tik tok. Train your employees to serve and TREAT everyone equally. You never know who is who.

Salesman was very nice and helpful, didn't catch his name, but very pleasant. They had a big selection of the brand from hand bags to perfume.

Nice store with great service. I would have a closet full of your bags if I didn't have to wait in line and then wear a mask in the store.
Update: The manager and staff have been especially great to work with.

Exceptional experience here, got my wallet sent for repair and purchased a new wallet for my wife. Very accommodating, kinda, and helpful. Look forward to expanding our Prada collection here. We primarily shopped at the Las Vegas boutique but we are glad to know we can get the same level of service here.
