My wife and I needed a getaway after a death in the family. When we arrived Drew at the front desk was amazingly kind and caring. He was very meticulous explaining all the features of the hotel and compassionate about our loss. He is a true asset to his company. It was great to refresh and recharge in such a wonderful clean and comfortable place!

Great place to stay. Drew, who was at the front desk, was very professional, helpful and friendly. Felt very safe and at home. Parking was ample. Micro and fridge in the room were convenient as I stayed recently to avoid Hurricane Milton. Nearby Kennebunkport and other coastal villages were beautiful and a great time of year to visit. Would recommend and will be back again.

Drew (Owner/front desk) was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to solve any issues. (Fixed our TV at 10pm when the input was messed up and channels needed to be re-scanned). Rooms are clean but basic with all needs and very comfy beds but not overly fancy. Nice little breakfast with waffles, bacon, toast, yogurt, muffins, coffee and cappuccino machine and OJ. (The other juice machine is still broken as per other reviews). There was a single laundry unit available for use ($3/load). Safe, quiet area altho we did have another tipsy guest try to enter our room (young foreign ladies) who I suspect just made a mistake after a fun night out. All in all cute little place we will definitely stay at again when we visit the coast. Great quality for good price. Nice family owned place where you're taken care of quickly. This place used to be wonderful, but that was years ago. Let me start by saying they refunded me after the experience I had. They do not do a good job cleaning. The first room I went into had a very strong air freshener scent, used Im sure because it's a pet friendly room - however, leave the windows open - it was like PIERCING in my nose. So I opened all the windows, then I look in the AC filter because the smell was so strong - it looked like the filter hadn't been cleaned out in ages, I cleaned both filters out myself FILLED with dirt and dust. By this point I was annoyed and grossed out, the straw that broke the camel's back was I lifted up the toilet lid and there was a bleck dark liquidy spot on the toilet seat. BLECK. SO then I called to change rooms the very nice girl brought up the key for the room next door. No air freshener aroma so that was good, BUT after a minute I could smell BO - I have no idea why/how, it was just near the door a body odor smell, so gross. So, I got my wipes wiped every thing down in the room, every handle, switch, etc. Then, I go to lay on the bed and I see hairs on the sheet - now, granted they might just stick to the sheets in the washing machine, but by this point I was so grossed out -I thought, they could really check the sheets - there were quite a few. THEN I see a dark spot on the pillow THROUGH the pillow case, the spot was either blood or I have no idea what - it was about a three inch circle, so gross. I cut my three nights short and left the next morning. Like I said, they made me whole which I appreciate it but it is such a shame - years ago it was such a beautiful, clean oasis. The last few times it's gone progressively downhill and I will never go back. SUCH a shame.

Nice place, clean. Weren’t able to do an early check in , even was willing to pay the extra $30 but would still go there again. Nice continental breakfast included which is great. Would go again next time we go to Kennebunkport to visit friends

There is a 10 dollar / day fee for pool use, internet, breakfadt, and parking . The breakfast was less than sufficient, and had a dirty microwave. The microwave did not work in our room. There were no parking spots available when we returned at night.

Having stayed here previously we were excited to return.|However, with the current ownership, we were quickly informed of a DAILY pet fee even though our room would not be cleaned daily. Hmm.|We spent several days here and our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. Wanted to use the guest laundry and the signage around the property about the location is wrong and needs to be corrected. There is one washer and one dryer and it does not take cards. I had one load of clothes to do. It cost me $9 to wash and dry one load! $3 to wash and $6 to dry- ridiculous- and to top it off there’s a sign on the washer that says you cannot use the machine between 9 pm and 8 am?! Also , pool closed at 9 pm. There are too many restrictions. Not sure we will stay here again.

Checkin was easy, employee was polite. Fairly quiet but could hear guest conversations from other rooms. Beds seemed clean, bath not so much! Generic continental breakfast was included, but the drink machine for juice & water was broken & sprayed everywhere so it was coffee or a vending machine.
