A great find! Sometimes when you're shopping on the internet you find a company that is on top of their game with knowledgeable support that is accessible with prompt answers. Not to mention parts in stock, a decent price, ready to ship, no gameplay being a hopeful middleman, etc. It was a great experience finding and ordering parts for my pool vacuum!

I had visited a good half a dozen other websites researching the parts I needed and so many have a great website but when you drill into their parts details and tech support you realize their parts business is a stepchild department, an after thought or a remnant of a company they hoped they would be.
I do see the other complaints on here of having problems with returns, I can't speak to that and I'm certainly hoping my parts are the right ones or I will be revising this review if things end up otherwise.

We had just purchased an our home, and were shocked to find that the two pool lights were not functioning.
Having determined the particular light we needed I started looking into different supply options. I came across PoolWeb and reached out to them having read all the positive reviews.. I had a good fortune to have my email responded to by Bridgitte. She was extraordinarily helpful!!! She made suggestions as to a number of different options and walked me through the pros and cons of each. With this information in hand we were able to make a wise, informed choice. Ultimately we ended up going with a light that is a vast improvement and came in at a significantly lesser cost. Could not have accomplished this without Brigitte's help......and seemingly limitless patience!.

I ordered (2) S.R. Smith Treo LED light bulbs. After installing them, (1) of the bulbs was defective. I was well within the (30) day return policy. However, after contacting customer service, I was informed that I needed to contact S.R. Smith directly and file a claim. That is absurd as I did not purchase the product from them directly AND was still within my 30 days of purchase.

I needed a power supply board for my pool control box. I had no idea what one I needed. So I took pictures and called pool web. The lady I was talking to had no idea what I needed not even with the pictures of what I needed. So she gave me the factory number to call. So I did and sent them the pictures. I was told what part to order so I did. Only to get it in the mail and it was the wrong one. I called pool web to return the part and get the right one and I was told to bad they would not take it back even though they made the mistake in telling me the wrong part. So I have a wrong part that cost me $724 only to be told to bad we are keeping you money and you need to pay for the right part. I will never use them or tell anyone else to use this company. Hope you all enjoy my 724 dollars.

The light motor printed board for my swimming pool fountains stopped operating. In the month of November 2021. I have ordered the part from a so called "reputable" supplier. With them, the part was on order for about two months. I did not want to wait any longer and I did investigate who else does sell the part. Fortunately for me I have found POOLWEB. After placing the order with them, within JUST FOUR DAYS I have received the needed part. This is what I call A REAL REPUTABLE SERVICE, so hard to find these days. Thank you POOLWEB for your great service for your customers. I would definitely buy from you other swimming pool needs might have arrive in the future.

I order two rolls chem 303 and 15 gallon tanks. Just got them installed and they are working great. Ordering was very easy, the staff were very helpful, and the shipping was very fast. The products were well shipped as well.

This company has a fraudulent system for returns, so know that you will charged for their system error. They state that to return an item without a 25% restock fee, that you have to follow a series of steps to get a label from them for the return. If that label never arrives you can either continually request a label through the return portal, unsuccessfully, or at some point just ship the item back at your expense, for which you are penalized with this exorbitant restock fee of 25%. An attempt to resolve this issue with Dir of Operations, Erica Haynes was ignored. Just know the company that you are choosing to do business with and proceed with caution.

I have ordered EZ Patch twice from this company through Amazon. Both orders came very late (19 days from Maine to Texas) because they ship using USPS Ground Advantage - which should be called USPS Maybe Sometime If We feel like it. My Post Office couldn’t even find it. But worse - is that I “Contacted The Seller” through the Amazon site and got NO RESPONSE at all. When my order had not arrived after 19 days I found EZ Patch from Leslies Pool and got it from California in 3 days. Avoid this company
