We love Poland Provisions! This is always our first stop on our hiking adventures as we leave Auburn. Their breakfast sandwiches are our go to. We usually order the jalapeño cheddar bagel with sausage and egg! Sebagel makes and sells their bagels here. They sell breakfast until 11:30 am and the kitchen is closed from 11:30-12 to allow them to switch to their lunch service. We aren’t ever mad if we happen to miss breakfast because they have lunch specials featuring their freshly smoked meats! So far, we’ve tried their pulled pork breakfast burrito, Reuben sandwich and brisket sandwich. Our favorite so far has been the Reuben! The staff is always friendly and the store is filled with fun locally made items. They also sell locally raised meat, wine and beer. We usually grab a pack of Aprés for our hike, which is always helpful! They also have a very large and cozy seating area upstairs.

Wonderful community meeting space. They support local businesses by selling local products, they put on fun events, and have board games available to play. The entire upstairs has nice rustic looking tables, post and beam decor put together with dowels (no nails), and it smells so nicely of real pine. Staff are always friendly. They have gluten free options. They even give free coffee or tea to those who plow the roads, which I appreciate!

Lovely local food and products served with smiles! The building is gorgeous and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Upstairs you can sit and work or play games from their cupboard, which is a lovely way to spend the afternoon. The dirty chai latte, the pistachio matcha, and the reuben sandwich are all top notch and must tries!

I stopped in here with a friend for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I was impressed! I ended up getting a Latte, which was delicious and an egg and cheese on a bagel that was very good. Take your breakfast upstairs, because there’s a large open space with plenty of seating. They have a little shop downstairs where you can get some cute gifts.

Poland Provisions has become my favorite mid-commute stop when in route from Western Maine to Portland. The team makes for a positive experience and you see this is a place where community is built. The barn ambience, local foods, barista skills, and shopping options — all make for a great moment in your day.

Great spot for a delicious, hearty and fresh sandwich. Bonus to be able to peruse through the shop while waiting for your freshly made drink/sandwich. Nice little gem, consider stopping in on your way through Poland!
