The Pods drivers that we had the pleasure of dealing with were excellent!!! Both Eric that dropped off our empty Pod and picked up our full Pod in Ulster Park, NY and Phil who dropped off our full Pod at our new home in Auburn, ME were two of the nicest people we've ever met! They both went above and beyond to help us. They are true assets to your company! This entire experience was super easy and we are very happy with our choice to use Pods for our move.

Got the pod packed and scheduled a pick up window. Cory called on his way over as a courtesy call and arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous and answered all of our questions. Within a short time, the pod was loaded and off to S Portland he went. Very positive experience with drop off and pick up so far. Now down to Virginia for a 3 month storage. So far, so good.

Pods are great, they do all the driving and transferring of your home items. But, even the biggest pod was too small for what we needed to have. We had a three bedroom home to try and fit into their biggest pod. We ended up leaving beds/sofa/washer/dryer/refrigerator. The price to rent a smaller pod along with the current pod we rented was extremely high. So we gave the items away, rather than trying to pack or spend more money on another pod.

It was picked up and delivered on time and all items were accounted for.

We would use Pods again, but we have a better knowledge of what will actually fit.

It was great having the POD for the 5 months of storage while i renovated my garage/work space. Thomas was great being careful to do as little damage as possible to our soggy, icy yard on either side of our driveway when picking it up.

Thanks so much PODS for selecting Chris to be our delivery person. We were give a window of 10:15am to 1:15pm on Monday Sept 12, 2022

Chris called at 9:15am to say he was an hour away - we arranged to meet at the main intersection near our campground to let him follow me on.

He arrived when expected - and was professional, polite and extremely helpful. It was amazingly BG to watch the POD being set in place and Chris also gave me suggestions on packing and loading the POD.

Unfortunately, Chris is off on Monday Sept 19th when the POD will be picked up but look forward to meeting another driver.

My Pod delivery was so cool! My Pod driver Phil called me ahead and did an amazing job bringing the container in and expertly placing it just where I wanted it. I highly recommend getting a Pod for moving and/or storage.

We used PODS to help us move from Harpswell to Bath and nothing but an exceptional experience. From our delivery and drop offs being timely, to the customer service and allowing us to change our dates and letting keep our POD at there facility on short notice.
