Went in this afternoon to sell some clothes, but the male working there today was quite rude. After I dropped off the clothes and left the store, I immediately got the text that they were ready for pick up, proving to me that he didn’t actually look at them. I went in to ask if he actually looked at it and he said with attitude that I could look at the cameras if I wanted. I obviously didn’t want to waste any more of my time and just left. Don’t waste your time, go next store to Style Encore where the people are much more polite.

Honestly this store is a waste of time. This my second time taking my clothes to them and they don’t even look at the clothes I purposely took my clothes I ordered from shein in there to see what they would do they open the bags and close them like they go through them. lol they took two items out the bag for 9.50 I had 3 bags and a box of clothes I pay good money for my clothes. I always take my clothes to good will or the mission but I was told to give Plato’s a try again I did and I can honestly say never again lol I will not waste my time again. I’ve never sold my clothes before I always give them away. So it’s a NO for me😌☺️oh and mind you she said it would take about 45 mins to complete the order I got the message within 15 mins they was done … lol 3 big bags of clothes and a box from shein

It's a good store.
Although, prices for some items are pretty pricey. They sell nice stuff, but it is a "used clothing store"; the items they sell are in good condition, however some price tags are almost the same (or not far from) being the cost of buying the merchandise brand new.
Also, they are very select on what they purchase to resale; don't expect to sell certain items, even if they are good, unstained, type of clothing that's "in style" to them it may not be. And, what you get paid for your items will work to an extent, say you need a little money to make it by a day or two; otherwise, don't count on getting paid a whole lot.

This is the most rude and unethical staff I have ever experienced. I gave it a try but after an employee put someone ahead of me in line to check out, I ended my shopping experience EVER here.

Decent consignment store but not the best pricing but decent.

Mildly concerning is the condition of the bathroom. Not remotely clean. Urine on the floor and all. At least it was stocked with soap and paper towels.

Price-wise, the goods seemed to target the new prices if the items are on a good sale. For reference, an UnderArmour HeatGear top that usually can be found on sale for $18-$21 was $18.99. It's still a good price for the item, but not especially cheap.
